Overall treatment with the aligners was great. Communication, payment and advice was easy from the beginning. Would recommend overall, love my new straight teeth. Post treatment was a bit of a different experience. I purchased the bonded retainers, upper and lower. I wasn’t given the choice with the type of bonded retainer, apparently there is two options. I purchase the lingual retainer which apparently is easier to clean and more hygienic. I couldn’t personally get used to the bonded retainers in my mouth, so had them removed for me week later costing me $800. I will continue to use the aligners nightly instead.
Very quick with communication and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Shipping is also really fast and making payments is simple and hassle free. The only thing that could be improved upon is the instructions in the initial box with when doing the moulds, I think the written steps could’ve been a little clearer. Other than that, everything else has been very easy to follow and understand. I absolutely love the app and think the scanning process is really fun!
I signed up for bite soft after seeing ads on Instagram and considering this style of treatment for my teeth for many many years. I had originally looked into Invisalign back about five years ago and it was cost prohibitive for me at the time. When I saw this disruptor brand, I thought why not give it a go! And I do not regret it at all As with anything that is about radical change it takes a level of commitment to reach the end goal but getting the work done was absolutely worth the end results! My teeth looking incredible and despite a little discomfort at times (really only for a day after changing to the next set of aligners) and getting into a rhythm of wearing them Consistently, it’s really been a very straightforward process. The customer service has been brilliant - I felt I’ve been guided the whole way through and had the adequate care and advice that I needed, whenever I needed it.The use of the at home app and scanner has made it really straightforward and easy to update the team on how my progress is going and I opted to do my moulds in clinic with the dentist. After investing what’s not a small amount of money I thought it worth doing this properly from the beginning. If you are in a position to do so financially I’d highly recommend this option. I’m coming to the end of my treatment now with a couple more weeks to go and will be going for a fixed wire retainer option so my teeth stay place for years to come. I couldn’t recommend Bitesoft enough to anybody considering this option to get a beautiful shiny straight teeth!
I was initially quoted 4.5 months for treatment, but it's now been 1 year and 4 months, and my treatment still isn't complete. The primary cause of this delay has been BiteSoft's flawed refinement aligner process. I've faced numerous issues, including receiving defective aligners that didn’t fit correctly, receiving only part of the refinement aligners, and being misled about manufacturing times—on average, it takes 3 months to receive them in New Zealand. This is despite my meeting all requirements, like completing scans and sending molds back promptly.Customers should also know that the claims about BiteSoft’s orthodontic oversight are exaggerated. Upon completing treatment, it’s up to you as the customer to reach out if the results in the treatment plan have not been met. No reputable orthodontist would leave patients to handle unsatisfactory results alone. I would only recommend BiteSoft to those with non-complex cases or needing minor adjustments. In hindsight, I should have invested an additional $2,000 for an in-clinic experience that offers end-to-end support.Another issue is BiteSoft's refusal to issue refunds, meaning if you encounter repeated errors, as I have, you're essentially forced to continue with their process. For those facing similar issues, I suggest contacting the Therapeutic Goods Administration in Australia about faulty aligners, as this may encourage them to improve their practices.Additionally, be prepared for unproductive communication with BiteSoft. I’ve had two sets of refinement aligners manufactured with the same issue (they don’t sit flush on my molars), yet BiteSoft seems unable to grasp my complaint, despite me providing previous email references and multiple photos.EDIT:Regarding the comments on my financial position, I'm unsure why this was even brought up. It seems like an attempt to discredit my review by implying that I requested a refund due to financial reasons, which is not the case.While BiteSoft may be satisfied with the results, I am not. My teeth are straighter, but the outcomes promised in the treatment plan have not been achieved. My refinement aligner molds have been with BiteSoft since July 18, 2024, and they have sent two faulty sets since then. BiteSoft attempted to adjust the first faulty set, but they shortened the wrong side, meaning the same flaw was replicated in the second set, despite having multiple images of the fault.To achieve the desired treatment outcome, I will now have to consult a dentist, as BiteSoft has proven incapable of progressing my case any further.
Highly recommend this whole process. Its has been super easy from start to finish. My son now has straight teeth without the complexities of braces. An extremely affordable option, invisible so my son didn’t feel self conscious and efficient service.
I purchased both upper and lower retainers from Bitesoft Co, but due to an error in the bottom mould, my lower teeth have misaligned. Despite repeated attempts to resolve it, responses were delayed, with up to 10 days without updates. I am awaiting a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience and lost progress in alignment. I hope Bitesoft Co will work towards better customer care and responsiveness as I have lost my dream smile.
