Luke was friendly and warm, and very understanding of my situation. He provided a lot of helpful information, from payment options to what to expect during treatment. He didn’t come across like a pushy sales person—just someone who genuinely knew his stuff. He never forced anything and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. Highly recommend, and I’m excited to give it a try.
Bitesoft had great communication and an efficient service overall. My treatment lasted 19 months and not once did I have an issue with them! They were quick to respond to any questions I had along the way, in a way that was friendly, supportive and reassuring. Thank you, Bitesoft, for everything!
Such an easy process every step of the way, there was always a dentist to contact if i had any concerns or questions about my invisalign. they made sure my teeth were in the perfect position before moving onto my next set and made sure i was happy every set of the way. highly recommend!

Overall, a brilliant experience and the results speak for themselves. Things took a little longer than i would have liked but for the cost and the result i can't complain. I would recommend to anyone interested in getting a better smile! I had quite a substantial amount of moving to be done and it was impressive to see my progress over the 12 months.
