I think one of the main reasons I decided to go with Bitesoft Co was because of my first consultation with Mel. I didn’t know what to expect and felt a bit nervous but Mel was very warm and welcoming, and never made me feel silly for asking a question when I was unsure. Mel and Emma have been great with communicating and you can tell they do their best to make you feel valued. Can’t wait to continue with the journey.
This company is a complete joke. I signed up in November and paid hundreds of dollars for a service I never received. Not a single aligner. Not one appointment. Nothing. Just a string of empty promises, vague updates, and endless delays.I went out of my way to source my own clinic to try and move things along, since Bitesoft couldn’t even manage that. I followed up politely, over and over again, for months. I was constantly assured things were “being processed,” and yet absolutely nothing ever happened.Eventually, after chasing for weeks, I was told a refund would be arranged. That was weeks ago. Still no refund. Just more excuses, more silence, and somehow, they even continued to take money out of my account after agreeing to cancel my treatment.This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. I feel completely misled, and judging by other reviews, I’m far from the only one. The customer service is abysmal, the processes are disorganised, and they clearly have no respect for the time or trust of the people paying them.If you’re thinking about signing up with Bitesoft: don’t. Spend your money with a company that will actually deliver on their promises. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
An extremely quick, easy and cost effective way to really boost your smile!! I was always self-conscious of my middle teeth but after coming across Bitesoft, I have never looked back! It is a process that I would highly recommend, it is a very simple and effective way of straightening your teeth from your own home! The results speak for themselves (see attached images), and I couldn't be happier. The support I also received from the Bitesoft team from day-one till the day I finished my aligners was nothing short of incredible! I cannot recommend them more, I am now so much more happier with my smile and so much more confident!
Such a fast, seamless, and friendly process. My emails and queries were responded to so quickly and everyone was so helpful. My aligners came in amazing packaging and very easy to understand instructions. They have been comfortable and I look forward to seeing how my teeth look at the end!
I had suffered with sever crowing my entire life and was told by others that the only way to fix this was with braces. As a woman in my 40's this was something I did not want to do. After reaching out to the team at Bitesoft Co however I was pleasantly surprised that they could repair my crowded teeth. 13 months later I now have a beautiful smile and so many people have commented on how great my teeth look. The process was easy, just taking scans of my teeth each fortnight through the ap. If I had any questions they would come back to me quickly with an answer. Would highly recommend the process to anyone.
