Absolutely scamming company. I paid $50 for a kit to be sent out COULDN’T even fit in mouth. Was told pay $100 for a check up in person we will refund $50! I paid $100 so now $150 out of pocket to be told no $50 from faulty kit. So I told them to refund my hundred dollars and now they want to charge me another $50 to cancel the hundred dollars appointment this company is an absolute scam!
I live in outback QLD. Having physical access is incredibly hard. Bitesoft allowed me to do this all online. There were no major stresses, the process was incredibly easy and a private experience. So thank you to the team aiding in an insecurity of mine and making it accessible.
I have always wanted to have straight teeth and feel confident when smiling however cost always was a huge factor of me not being able to have treatment.I did a lot of research into braces and clear aligners and came across Bitesoft Co. Not only are they extremely affordable, but the service they provide is fantastic! I had all my treatment done remotely and it was such an easy and simple process. Went with Bitesoft because of their amazing reviews (must be working overtime ;) ) Not here to write a life story but DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!!! <3EDIT : Hi I’ve never actually mentioned being concerned about pricing but ok It’s that a refinement would be to correct small changes whereas my treatment was a complete fail I wore my aligners for 9 months full time even if I scanned late It’s very important to be HONEST & transparent with customers about what your product can achieve for them They do great marketing good on them! But again I honestly went with Bitesoft because of their very good reviews and the lady I initially spoke to mislead me 1000000% I feel very stupid that I listened to the customer service agent telling me how long the treatment would take etc (before even seeing me teeth lol) No hard feelings Get that $ Also stop reporting my reviews lmaooooo
Really happy with the results that bite soft gave me. I’ve struggled with my crooked teeth for a while. This was an affordable option and easily done all online and did not take long at all to achieve. There is definitely some discomfort when I put each new aligner in but all manageable. Great customer service when I have needed too. :)
I never knew that braces could be as easy as scanning every couple of weeks. I started in late 2023 with the intention of correcting my crooked teeth, and a couple of months later with fortnighly scans, i have straight teeth. I am also greatful for the team being able to email me and respond promptly to my concerns and issues, throughout the journey.
