All through my experience with Bitesoft I really appreciated their friendly and helpful customer service. The instructions and kits they sent to my house made everything very easy and clear, and the comfort of doing it all from home was super valuable. The aligner process took me 9 months to work through (and a warning that you will experience some discomfort when you switch to your new aligners) but the end result was so worth it - people around me have noticed the difference and so have I. My confidence has lifted. I find that I'm also generally taking better care of my oral health now thanks to Bitesoft's app tips and advice. Their electric toothbrush and whitening foam are both great products that I plan to use into the future.

I definitely recommend Bitesoft! As someone who had struggled with crooked teeth, and didn’t have the money for traditional braces or invisalign, Bitesoft was a much MUCH cheaper option for me. Not only was the value GREAT, the service was actually immaculate. They were so so kind and patient with me, and not to mention they were very responsive which definitely helped in making me comfortable. If you’re thinking of getting Bitesoft, take this as a sign AND GO GET THAT IMPRESSION KITT!
I wasn't happy with my teeth and I also was experiencing jaw pain. I noticed a change in my teeth early into the Bitesoft journey and once I reached my 10th aligner I didn't have anymore jaw pain and im really happy with the results. People have noticed my new smile and I have had many positive comments. The Bitesoft team are helpful and responsive with any questions I've had. It's been a really great experience for me.
