My whole experience with Bite-soft was so incredible, they monitor my journey very well and guide me throughout the whole process, I’m happy with my results and highly recommend of their service. A massive Thank you to the team for this wonderful journey and for Emma Anderson for being so patient with my many questions ☺️. It’s very affordable and they will not disappoint.
The aligners don't fit my teeth at all, as in they're too short to even cover my teeth. I've complained of no movement and significant pain 24/7 and they've put it back on me. I went to see the dentist that they assign you and he said they have a lot of unhappy and misinformed customers with Bitesoft too. When complaining to my case manager, they responded in a belittling and sarcastic manner, as well as constantly changing their story and never apologising for their mistake of booking me in for a second round of IPR which is apparently not meant to happen. They are refusing to stop direct debits as I want to opt out of the treatment. I'll be switching to Invisalign; you're not saving any money with BiteSoft - it's just money wasted and you'll end up on the more expensive brand anyway.
I was initially nervous getting these from an instagram ad but wow what an experience this has been! So easy and the service was impeccable. My daughter is thrilled with the results and I am relieved I didn’t go with the orthodontist! The bitesoft team were supportive and responsive the whole way through. Thanks so much guys 💕
I had braces when I was a teenager, but of course being young and not following instructions I didn't use my retainer (and lost it) and over time my front teeth moved. I decided to use Bitesoft Co as I liked the distant monitoring (I'm in NZ). My experience with Bitesoft Co has been great, I loved the ease of the dental monitoring app. The only reason I left out one star was for communication; at times it was quite slow to get an answer or response. Other than that, I am super happy with my end results. I just wish I had done this sooner!!! Highly recommend.
I’ve had the best experience with Bitesoft Co. The Whole journey from start to finish has been so easy, Emma especially has been so helpful and lovely. I was so self conscious of my smile and Im so impressed with how fast my teeth moved and straightened within just 5 months. The scan box and dental monitoring app was so easy to use and saved so much time being able to do all my scans from home. The aligners really do work if you follow the instructions. Wish I did it sooner!
