We had an issue with an item being out of stock after ordering and they made it right with reimbursement and a percentage off on my next purchase. They were extremely timely and the customer service was excellent. 10/10 recommend.
I honestly have had no problems with this brand. Even during August/September when they were experiencing the backlog issues. I still received my items in a timely manner. This is the second time I’ve had to do an exchange for different items and both times customer service was great. This second time I wasn’t able to select the same item so when I reached out to customer service, they updated the order for me. Right now this is my son’s favorite brand and it does look great on him. Just waiting for the brand to send him a deal lol.
Love the customer service I have received with Baseball 101 , for several gift orders, during 2025!!! We just discovered the brand and are loving everything! The entire family has been SO very happy with the quality of the BL101 products - shorts, tees, hoodies, sweatpants! Item ordered was out of stock. Was notified in a timely manner and a discount and free shipping upon request on a second order was given to make up for item being out of stock. Exceptional customer service and unheard of by most merchants.
Love baseball 101! My son loves the clothing and i think everything we ordered has been very high quality. I recently had an issue where the gift box for spending a certain amount was not included- i emailed them and they fixed it within a day. Very happy and will order again
