The team is outstanding! They ran out of gift boxes, so they creatively sent me a code to use instead. The quality of these items is remarkable! I wouldn’t choose any other brand for my boy.

Overall, it’s been a positive experience. First off, the brand is incredibly popular, and the kids are thrilled to receive anything from this company. (Which makes grandma look good). 😊 The downside is that due to their popularity, it can be difficult to find everything in the needed size. Their customer service has been fantastic a couple of times. I had one situation that was going poorly, but they ultimately did the right thing, so I have no complaints. I did need to put in some effort that one time, yet on another occasion, they provided a discount/credit that I didn’t expect, which was a pleasant surprise given my substantial spending on clothes. The kids will be overjoyed at Christmas! I wish I could get them the bomber jackets, but I guess that’s not in the cards. Fingers crossed. The challenges of rapid popularity. They are handling it well. It seems like the team is genuine and sincere, and I appreciate the brand.

Order sent separately, but resolved promptly…

My order was shipped separately, and when the first package arrived, it was supposed to contain 2 shirts but only had 1. I contacted customer service, and the representative was on it. She confirmed the item was sold out, instantly refunded me, provided a 20% discount code, and free shipping on my next purchase to replace the shirt needed for a Christmas gift. The stock issue may have been an oversight, but I appreciate their commitment to making it right.

I shop from this platform almost every sale they have! My son and his friends adore the brand, and the quality is superb. On two occasions, items were missing or incorrect, but the support team quickly addressed the issues and was very responsive.

5 ⭐️ customer service!

I placed a large order today for Black Friday and didn’t realize until after checkout that a tee I had in my cart was missing, I quickly went back and ordered the tee separately bummed I had to pay for shipping since my first order was well past the free shipping thread hold. I reached out via chat and spoke with Brennan, I asked him if I could combine my orders and he informed me I couldn’t (which I expected but asked anyways!) but he would refund my shipping fee as a one time courtesy! I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful, we are repeat customers and this will keep us coming back. Thank you BL101!
