I purchased the Roulette and Alien scents. They look nothing like the images and have an unpleasant smell. I’m really disappointed. The refund policy is frustrating; you have to pay for a return without a tracking label provided, which negates the refund. I ended up losing money with no product to show for it. I won’t buy again.

I had a delivery issue (my fault!), but the staff resolved it quickly and were very understanding. Customer service has been friendly, and any issues with my orders have been addressed promptly. I’m very satisfied.
I have purchased from the company multiple times, primarily their whipped soaps, which I adore. Whether I use a large scoop or a small one, it’s always great. My last order was large, and when one item was missing, they dispatched it the same day I emailed them. Excellent customer service to match their fantastic products.

Bought these whipped soaps on a whim from an instagram ad. Chose four soaps and a car air freshener. Firstly, the order came so quickly! Literally within 4 days my order had arrived. The soaps smell incredible and leaves my skin feeling so soft. Used it as a shower cream/ shaving foam as it lathers up SO well. Will definitely be buying from Bloom again, me and my car smell gorgeous now.
Bought a soap sponge and spent a good amount of money as bought other items too. I’ve used other companies for the soap sponges and they were to a high standard. This one split after only being used 3 times and the soap does not last. Contacted customer services for a refund or a replacement and was offered store credit. Asked if I could just have a new one as I don’t want to spend over £30 again for delivery or pay for delivery to have it sent out and was refused. Won’t be ordering from these again and will be taking it further.
