I originally gave a review 3wks ago. I gave it a 1* as was convinced it was a scam. Why because customer service is absolutely abysmal they never replied to 4 emails & then eventually after waiting 5weeks my order arrived! Why am I posting another review because the whipped shower cream is astonishing, you don’t need to use much & leaves your skin smelling divine & is so soft & luxurious! Well done - eventually! Please try & get your customer service team into some sort of structure, if you’re experiencing trying to get orders out just let customers know instead of having no contact!
Avoid. Not sending out orders!! As others have experienced, I placed an order which was never fulfilled. Currently in the process of claiming my money back. I’d advise everyone else who’s in the same situation to do the same. Don’t let them rob you!
Completely unacceptable! I ordered 5 items but only got 4. I've been trying to reach out to the company for almost 2 weeks without any success! I've sent emails, messages on social media, and even tagged them in posts, yet there's no contact number available! I'm extremely disappointed as this was meant to be a holiday gift. I will not be ordering from this service again.
I bought four varieties of whipped soap and tried the flower blossom scent tonight; it’s absolutely delightful. The other three scents are also wonderful, and I’ve shared them with my sisters and niece for their opinions. I love them so much that I’ve decided to order some for my daughter as well.

It took two weeks for my order to arrive. I reached out to them, and after three days with no response, I contacted them again. They claimed it must have gotten lost, but I received it the next day. The shower whips and car air fresheners are underwhelming. The Savauge shower whip has a nice scent but doesn’t linger on the skin. What’s the point? The kreed car air freshener is very weak; I’ve had cheaper ones that smell stronger. I won't be ordering again.
I was completely underwhelmed. The whipped soaps look nothing like the pictures. The colors are dull, lacking the vibrancy and sparkle advertised. I'm embarrassed to give these as gifts. The scents are also not pleasant or true to description. A total waste of my money, and I received no response from customer service.
My first order of the Baccarat Rouge whipped soap was decent; it had some scent but not as strong as I hoped. The second order had a different color and no scent at all. I also ordered an air freshener that, while pretty, had no scent. I expressed my disappointment on their social media, but my comment was deleted. I’ve noticed that any feedback less than glowing seems to be removed. This company needs to pay attention to customer feedback instead of ignoring it.
My parcel finally arrived with eight whipped soaps. Why did I fall for this? Each tub was disappointing. 1) The colors are lackluster, not vibrant as advertised. 2) The tubs are tiny. 3) Only the lemon cookie tub had a decent scent; the other seven had hardly any fragrance. I can’t believe I ordered and paid for these.
I had a fantastic experience with both the service and the product. All the soaps smell amazing. I had an issue with delivery, which wasn’t the company’s fault, but they were very understanding and incredibly helpful. I will definitely continue using their products.
