I like many read the reviews a day after I ordered and panicked, so I emailed the company within 24hrs I got a very welcoming , polite reply I was kept updated by royal mail regarding delivery and just 6 days later my order was delivered no missing items No half empty pots I order 8 bath whips and 6 wax melt bars and every single one smelled lush the packaging was well done. Purchased 16 whipped soaps from Bloom Cosmetics and I LOVE all of them! Smell incredible, the scent lasts all day,my skin is silky soft and they double as a shaving cream. Fast delivery too! 4 for 3 offers, discount codes and half price offers! I had a question (NOT a complaint) and I got excellent customer service. Highly recommend BLOOM and will definitely purchase from them again.
My husband bought me some shower whip for Xmas, I absolutely loved them and went and ordered myself 8 more, then another 8 and my 3rd order of another 8 has just arrived, unicorn sparkles, alien goddess and Baccarat Rouge are insane! Love potion is lush, but curios to know what perfume it’s based around if any as I’d love it lol.My son’s girlfriend loves la belle and will often spend ages in the bathroom smelling them all.The 4for 3 deal and the 50% off is a great offer. Amazing product, smells lovely and lathers up perfect! Also 5000/ for customer service, message then at 9pm on a Sunday as I'd ordered with wrong postcode, they had fixed issue and replied by 9.30 (on a Sunday!!) nuff said! 10000% will be using again!!
I did contact this company via email,but had no reply,so for me that is a thumbs down from the beginning. The whipped soaps are nicely scented,I have six,but that does go away once you've finished showering,no lingering scent for me. I would be happy to pay £6.99 sale price,but the usual price is double that and I wouldn't even consider it. I'm on the fence about purchasing again,I have had some lovely whipped soaps and body butters from Etsy which I continue to use.
