Review Time
I was a bit sceptical ordering from Bloom after seeing the company advertised on social media. I shouldn't have worried, I have recieved 2 orders since February 🫣I've ordered the shower whips which smell beautiful & leave my skin soft. I have experienced no irritation & shave my legs with them. I ordered a couple of air fresheners for my car but they're not as strong as I'd like them to be.My 11 year old has even commented on the soap so I've ordered him some for his birthday, anything to get him to shower more 😂
Products are okay, but took a ridiculously long time to dispatch (ordered Monday 27th Jan received delivery Friday 7th Feb, so 9 working days from order to delivery). And when I emailed to check if everything was okay on Friday 31st, 4 days after placing the order and it was still just ‘confirmed’ I was sent a very unapologetic reply. Won’t be ordering again.
Wish I read the reviews here first. Placed an order, got the dispatch email. Checked tracking that was supplied throughout date of delivery. Order was left in somewhere some fence, not mine, by the time I was home to check the box could not be located. Dispite several emails to Bloom cosmetics all I get told is has been delivered check with Post Office. When I co tact the PO they ask me to ask Bloom to contact the PO. Bloom do not seem to care. Just get very umbothered emails back.So I am out of pocket and no one seems to care. Shocking to be honest

Would give zero stars if I could. My husband ordered a set for me for Xmas, however when he contacted Bloom to ask where the order was a representative said they would track delivery and get back to him. Unfortunately they then blocked my husband and refused to reply to refund requests.
I placed an order for quite a few products which was accepted,paid for and then apparently sent out for delivery. Royal Mail have never received the package and now the company are ignoring my messages and emails.The reviews on here are along the same theme, not received, poor products or no contact from their customer services.Updated: Bloom Cosmetics have now blocked me from their socials and are not responding to my request for a refund via PayPal.
