Thanks so much for your prompt responses when I was enquiring about my parcel . While I was tracking it it was showing as been sent to Northern Ireland not North Tyneside your company even offered to resend my purchases but finally they have arrived worth the wait they smell amazing thanks again hope you have a lot of success with your company x
DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY. I placed an order in October, it was late being delivered, when it was delivered half my order was missing, which they confirmed there had been a mistake made in packing and said they would resolve this issue and get the missing items dispatched. I have sent multiple emails and they are now saying my missing items have been delivered, which they HAVE NOT. Terrible customer service, where you can only contact them via email and they are now basically saying I'm a liar.
I was sceptical buying from here but mine arrived in tact. The whipped pots are smaller than they appear on the website and a couple of them had quite overpowering scents but I’ve just ordered 4 more of the one I liked (unicorn sparkle, my 4 year old is obsessed with it.) Royal Mail are utterly useless and a shame they use them for delivery but can’t complain about the products themselves as they are really nice.
I was a bit worried after seeing some of ths reviews but I was over the moon with my order.It took about 5 days for my items to be shipped but its worth the wait.The whipped soap pots smell amazing and are great to use as shaving cream. A little goes a long way, if you pop a little on a shower puff it produces a bubbly,creamy lather.Really really happy with my order 😁
Ordered whipped soaps on 22/10/2024 Still haven’t received it as royal mail has lost it and I made attempts to contact bloom cosmetics no response. So opened a dispute with my bank ordered another lot as I was excited they’ve put my order on hold until the charge back is cleared but why on earth wound I pay for something I haven’t recived. They never checked to see if I got it or why I’ve ordered another lot and disputed the first with my bank. All they’re interested is the money not customer service.
