I ordered a pot of unicorn sparkle. The package arrived quickly and was well packaged. The soap smelled gorgeous and lasted for a month of bathing. I have since ordered six more different scents, all of which are beautiful. Also, my skin is soft on hydrated and so clean. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, I am a total convert 👍
I had seen on my soical this whipped soap and thought ok is it really that good, let try it for myself ! The answer was a resounding YES I bought one for myself and one for my partner and they really are outstanding. Oder was easy came in 3 days no issues at all I will be re ordering again & again
I purchased soap and air freshener for the car. Soap smelled nice but car air freshener (advertised on their website as suitable for car) soaked in the liquid through the string and leaked all over the centre console and volume button overnight. By morning it ate the plastic and left leaking marks on the leather which I cannot remove. Volume button is damaged. I contacted customer service and they disregarded my complaint. I left the negative review on Facebook and they blocked me. Avoid!!!!!!
So ill start with saying I can't fault the company or delivery the idea is good and they do smell great however the videos online kind of hype them up once your out of the shower you can't smell anything no different then a standard body wash they glide on the skin like butter but I bought them specifically for the scent I have only tried two alien goddess and cloud maybe good if I recieved them as a gift but I wouldn't buy them myself especially not at full price a very pretty product they just need some perfume power
Ordered from seeing an add.4 for 3! Received 3, have queried the issue hoping it'll be rectified not holding my breath looking at other reviews.Paid for next day as its part of a gift so it is a little disappointing.Whilst this did begin as a low review I can now say it has to be amended.I was responded to and it rectified this very day (same day)Very pleased.The smell of the ones I recieved so far smell great and will be a great part to add to a birthday gift!
Very poor customer service and from a person called Joy. I haven’t received a package for my daughter. No investigating the matter at all. Very abrupt when replying back and no empathy at all. The products I purchased were for my daughter who I am currently not seeing. It was court ordered that I send her a gift via the post. I choose Bloom Costmetics (what a mistake that was). Their courier didn’t deliver the package with care and left it outside her front door off a main busy road. Now my daughter has no gift and it will further put back building up relationships with her. Well done Bloom Cosmetics for this. Your customer sevice should be reported to trading standards and I will be getting a refund via Klarna.
I ordered some whipped soaps from here, and there was a problem with the delivery and I didn't recieve them. Long story short my whole order was replaced at no expence to myself 😀 I received excellent customer service from Joy with prompt replys to my emails and the replacement orderAs for the soaps they are incredible, soft, silky feeling and gorgeous scentsThank you to Bloom
Omg the shower whips are amazing. We have 4 of them at the moment ordered another 4. They are long lasting, smell wonderful. The alien one is by far my favourite. Delivery was fast - ordered on the Saturday it came by Wednesday. I'm very happy and will be ordering more, wanting to try them all 🤣 thank you bloom!
I absolutely love the whipped soap. My son who has x linked itchythyosis has to be careful what soaps etc he uses as it can give a burning sensation on his skin. We tried a little bit of the whipped soap and he had no reaction to it. His skin was left smelling amazing and soft. I did not even need to moisturise him. My daughter and I love the whipped soap aswell. Will definitely be using these from now on. Thank you
