Review Time
Ordered whipped soaps on 22/10/2024 Still haven’t received it as royal mail has lost it and I made attempts to contact bloom cosmetics no response. So opened a dispute with my bank ordered another lot as I was excited they’ve put my order on hold until the charge back is cleared but why on earth wound I pay for something I haven’t recived. They never checked to see if I got it or why I’ve ordered another lot and disputed the first with my bank. All they’re interested is the money not customer service.
Missing items in my package . Despite me calling them and messaging them about this, no one has got back to me, the messages say delivered and I left a voice mail. Terrible customer service. I won’t be using again unless they sort this out asap even then i’d very cautious.
Absolutely terrible!!Do not buy!!The items arrived after 2 weeks and had different weights in each tub. Almost 30grams difference actually. Apparently it states in their website that the weights will differ slightly. But not 30grams. I feel robbed. Constantly being fobbed off with excuses. I will be contacting my bank for a full refund.
