I am absolutely loving it so far! It does everything as advertised. 🤩 I can already tell it’s going to help me so much with improving my sleep and tracking my overall health. Sleep has always been a struggle for me as I struggle with insomnia, so I’m really excited to be able to see the insights it provides and start building better sleep habits.

So far the app has worked great and synced perfectly. Battery life has been good, around 3-4 days of full tracking, wearing it 24/7. I wear it to work in a machine/fab shop and I wear it to the gym. Haven’t had it long, but so far very pleased.

My ring stopped charging within 3 weeks of purchase. I contacted the company multiple times in the past week with no response. My experience with them is that they sell junk cheap and can’t afford to support their products.

Ordered this ring after my apple watch stopped alerting me to text messages and things. I really only wanted something for health and sleep monitoring anyway, and I disliked sleeping with the watch on. I had zero problems with my order experience. I did feel like it took some time to get here, but customer service was quick to respond to my email and my ring arrived a couple days later. I've checked the heart rate stats against the monitor at the gym and they are mostly identical. I've been wearing it for a couple weeks now - battery life is 5ish days, no tarnishing in water and its as comfortable as any ring if you wear jewelry.

If something happens to this one, I'd def order again before going back to my smart watch. I would probably get one size bigger though. Depending on my body temp and the elements outside, sometimes it feels tight. If I sized up, I'd be able to shift to my pointer finger or thumb which would actually be better when I'm wearing all my jewelry anyway.

I selected ring size based on their size guide. Followed it exactly. Ring arrived. Was huge. Loose on my finger therefore not useable. No returns information included in packaging. Emailed them to ask how I could exchange and who would pay shipping. Haven't heard back in 7 days other than an email to confirm receipt of my email. I've sent chasers. Nothing back. Poor customer service. Poor size guide. Company obviously is not that interested in getting the basics right or customer support. Be wary before you spend your cash. Its a shame that I cant speak for the ring as I've not been able to use it. Disappointed to say the least and actually a little angry. I acted in good faith this was a reputable company. It seems not. Cheaper ring than competitors but too expensive if you end up with a ring you cant use. I've no ring that I can use. Ignored by customer service team. Do not use this company. If they respond I'll update..happy to be proved wrong. Just want a smart ring - feeling stupid and duped!

The rings track more than I was expecting. Very impressed!g

I ordered two. I made a mistake with one of the rig sizes, I asked them for help to exchange for a larger size for my husband. They sent the replacement right away and I was told I did not need to send the other one back. Wow! Now I've had mine for almost a month and it works great. The amount and quality of sleep I get has always been a guessing game. So far it's been pretty accurate. They charge up fast, only took about an hour, but if you use the fast-charger it takes about 15 min. The customer service is very good and prompt (I found e-mail works best) overall I'm happy with this product. Thank you so much.

You’ll Live This Ring!

I highly recommend the Herz P1 ring! It is incredibly comfortable, and I have become obsessed with tracking my walking and exercise stats and my sleep reports. A huge shout out to their customer service department: my ring was too small but they replaced it for the perfect fit quickly and easily. If you want great health tracker that looks and feels amazing, you will love this ring as much as I do!

Great smart ring for a mid-range price

I was considering a smart ring but couldn’t justify the cost. My co-worker told me about Herz and how much she liked it so I bought one. I love it! It was easy to set up. The app is user friendly to set up and use. It’s comfortable to wear all day and night. It’s pretty accurate when I compare it to my watch. I would recommend!

I purchased the HERZ P1 a few weeks…

I purchased the HERZ P1 a few weeks ago. Customer Service SUCKS. The number provided is a fake number. It’s busy all the time. They don’t respond to text messages. The ring must be charged every 4 days vs the 6 or 7 they claim on their website. The ring is too big; their rings are sizes up. I’ve emailed the around 6 times but have only received 2 correspondence. I just emailed today to initiate a return/refund. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
