They have this idiotic policy that they only ship to US which I had a US shipping address. Except I had a second address outside US on my PayPal so they cancelled the order. Strange because I ordered parts from them before. But if it's not "in stock", it's potentially more that 2-3 business days. Overall, dysfunctional business that has trouble doing simple e-commerce.

I ordered a new boat prop using their prop selector tool. Unfortunately, the prop received was not compatible. Because I had put it on the spline (I didn't even tighten it down) - they deemed it unreturnable because it is now considered "installed" and not returnable. I would not order from them again due to this policy. This was an easy return for any other online vendor. They would not make an exception in my case. I won't be doing business with them again.

They had everything and had a super easy to use platform. When I messed up and needed to make a change to the order I called and someone super helpful quickly fixed my mistake and even offered me free shipping even though it was clearly my fault and not theirs. I will now be a customer for life.
