2 watch purchases with BOB’S in past 45 days

I have purchased 2 watch’s from BOB’S, a Rolex Datejust and a Cartier Santos. I couldn’t be happier. Both purchases I was able to chat with the sales team and they were great at answering all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the condition of both watch’s. There’s a lot of watch websites out there but I will only purchase a pre-owned luxury watch with Bob’s. I highly recommend them.

Great staff, great inventory, easy to deal with!

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable of their inventory. Not once was I ever “sold” on a particular item but simply guided through the questions that I had. Complete and simple wire transfer instructions with prompt acknowledgement of receipt and shipping information. The next morning, I had my new purchase exactly as advertised (if not better). I will recommend to all in the market for tuff to find watches. Well done Bob’s, very well done!

Unexpected purchase gone well!

I wasn't even looking for a Breitling, but I saw one that was priced well below market, with boxes and papers, and picked it up. Watch is in excellent shape. No issues at all. Sometimes you get lucky! Now I have to keep looking for the watch that I was supposed to be buying for my wife! :)

Second purchase from Bob's…

This was my second purchase from Bob's Watches. First purchase was a Tudor BB 58 Chrono and my most recent purchase was an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch. Just as before, the watch was exactly as described, shipping was fast and efficient, the wire transfer went very smoothly, and the watch was extremely well packaged and included all of the original paperwork.Harrison helped me with the transaction since the webpage seems to not like to complete the transaction. Each time I've purchased form Bob's I've had issues. I would complete all of the purchase/shipping information and when I attempt to complete the transaction I would get an error message saying I left out some information. That does get frustrating but a phone call to the shop gets it done.I will buy from Bob's again in the future when I decide to get another watch.
