Brand new ORIS Big Crown ProPilot. Absolutely gorgeous watch. I have several other high end watches and I’m thinking this is going to be my daily wear. I absolutely love everything about it. The back shows the Swiss internal automatic movement and carefully crafted machine parts. Can’t say enough about this watch! Thanks Bob for another beautiful collection piece!! See you soon!!!
As a seller, this experience was beyond abysmal. I was offered a price for my watch, subsequently sent the watch in and then was provided with what seemed like a common car salesman tactic. "Well the market changed, so do you mind if we hold on to the watch until the end of the week?". They asked to hold the watch so that they could see if the price would "go back up". I agree to this and then the end of the week comes with no contact, I reach out and the request is then to keep the watch until Monday. I tell them that this is not okay and I have another deal which I intend to use the funds for. Instead of working to resolve the situation, they ignored emails and phone calls until Monday. Monday comes and I'm then offered a cool 21.7% less than the hard copy quote I was provided (40% less than what the exact same watch is listed for on their site... So for potential Buyers, they're making 40% on you) or they can mail the watch back to me. Curious to see if I'll actually get my watch back or if the movement will be swapped. BUYER OR SELLER BEWARE.
I’ve heard about Bob’s Watches for years now. When they had the exact Rolex Oysterquartz I was looking for, I didn't look further. Ordered and the next day it was on my wrist. I called them with a few questions, they were super nice and helpful. Definitely my first place to look for vintage!
