I was referred to Bob's to exchange my watch for a new one. I had never heard of Bob's. The overall experience was very impressive. Submitted pictures of my watch on Monday. Wes called and gathered some more info. He made a preliminary offer for my watch, which was very strong. He sent me FedEx label to send my watch for inspection. It arrived at their shop the next day. The following day I had a revised offer for my watch based on its condition. Still a good offer. I then proceeded to purchase my new watch from Bob's. After credit for my watch and additional payment, my new watch was sent out the next day. I had the new watch on Thursday. The whole process took 4 days. Very impressive considering I'm in Michigan and they are in California. Thanks Wes!
Bought a date just 1601. Watch looked good in the pictures, description stated normal wear. After a closer inspection when it arrived I noticed a lot of rust on the dial, the fluorescent on the hands was cracked and mostly missing. Very dirty inside. I also had to pay $106 return shipping even though the description did not at all communicate the poor condition of the watch, something that would have prevented me from ordering it in the first place.
Having now worked with Bob’s on two separate deals, I have nothing but acclaim and respect for the company. I purchased a 16013 datejust around 2020 and ultimately sold the same datejust back to Bob’s in 2023 at a profit (this coming after Crown & Caliber failed to accept the watch for trade-in). It was at this same time in which I worked with Max to trade-in said datejust for a 114060 submariner. Max is a spectacular employee who was highly communicative and involved throughout the process. Bob’s received my trade-in on a Monday and was able to send out my new submariner the same day, working to get the watch to me on my birthday. They succeeded and made my 26th birthday one of, if not the most memorable I have ever had. This most recent experience sealed it for me. If I’m looking for a pre-owned watch, specifically Rolex, Bob’s is the place to go. Thanks again to Max for such a pleasant, speedy and quality transaction. 5 stars!!

Fantastic Rolex buying experience. We've been on the hunt looking for a particular make/model and how fortuitous for it to "pop" on their site Easter weekend. The process was fast and easy.
