The Customer Service at Bob’s Watches were so helpful and responded immediately. Even online, it felt like I was actually in their store. The watch we bought is beautiful and in perfect condition with all the requisite paperwork to authenticate it.

Beautiful watch as pictured and described. Only issue was Fed Ex requires over 21 to deliver so my 20 year old was unable to accept delivery and I had to go to Fed Ex personally to pick it up.

A great find.

Very competent staff at Bob’s Watches

I’m very happy with the customer service and competence of everyone i interacted with at Bob’s watches. I ordered a watch at 9:30 AM, got payment instructions shortly thereafter, paid by wire at 10:30 and had the watch on my wrist by 10:30 AM the next day. And the watch came all the way from California to New York State! Everything was meticulously executed. Well done.
