Buying experience was great, quick and easy, the including overnight shipping is appreciated. Watch was exactly as pictured. When I went to my watchmaker to size down the bracelet he did indicate to me that some of the screws were loose but he tightened the screws as part of sizing. I will continue to shop here.
This was my first purchase from Bob’s. Excellent experience overall. I finally was able to get the timepiece I’ve been wanting for several years. I was given my fathers Omega Mark II from the 1970’s. I had been wanting the coaxial since I first saw it. The watch was perfect, just as described. Shipping was also faster than I expected. Thank you for the excellent experience.
Traded my Submariner in on a Yachtmaster. After I sent pictures, and original receipt from Bobs I was given a quote. Shipped the watch to Bobs, they evaluated it. They said it needed a new crown, cleaned, and polished. This brought the quote down $1000.I accepted it.Communication was good right up until the point of sale when I had a question. The salesperson had no response to my emails, I called and it went to voicemail. Eventually I straightened everything out with whoever answered the phone.I reached back out to the salesperson to thank them for their help, still no response. If you don’t have any expectations, you will not be disappointed. My dad bought watches from Bobs, I’ve heard how good they can be, but not my experience.
2nd purchase from Bob's Watches. First purchase went perfectly. 2nd purchase over holiday weekend went perfectly on Bob's Watches part. Fed Ex took 3 days to deliver an overnight delivery.With that said, I LOVE MY 2 watches from Bob's. My original daydate is a beautiful watch but too much for everyday wear.
