Mixed feelings about the jewelry purchase

I purchased some jewelry from them, drawn by claims of it being sweatproof, waterproof, tarnish-free, and backed by a lifetime guarantee. I bought three rings in early December 2025. Unfortunately, one of the rings has already lost its shine and the 'gold' color is fading significantly. I've also noticed the second ring starting to show similar signs, both of which I've worn daily. The third ring, which I haven't worn often due to sizing issues, is still in excellent condition. I'm quite disappointed and plan to reach out to customer service. It's frustrating that two out of three rings are fading with daily use, especially since I don't even shower in them; the fading seems to result from just washing my hands. The necklaces I bought are still holding up, but I suspect that's because they haven't been exposed to soap and water. I've since ordered from a different brand and will see if I encounter similar issues. If not, it raises serious concerns about quality.

Disappointing experience

I purchased a bracelet for my daughter's birthday, but it broke within two hours due to poor assembly. The necklace appears to have similar issues.
