In Nov 23 boilerteam installed a new Worcester Oil boiler. First contact with Paul Churchill was great, I live in rural Devon so he asked for some photos and quoted on that basis. I accepted the quote and had a date set for the install a week or so later. No one turned up on the date and no phone call to explain. I persevered and had another install date set a week or so later. Two fitters arrived and did a really good job, neat installation new boiler, controller and motorised valves all good, 1.5 days work. Getting the Oftec certificate required multiple phone calls and emails but it arrived eventually. I had a problem 6 months later with radiators warming up when only the water should have been on. This was dealt with straight away by a fitter in the area who replaced a valve. Really good service.
A good company to talk to explained every step and a good choice of boilers and good prices, they replaced the boiler and put a radiator in the bathroom for me. All done within a week of giving me the quote, clean and very efficient

Colin, in particular was marvelous in his advice and the way he worked. Where others wanted to knock my house about Colin patiently found solutions to problems and did a very neat job of everything. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
An impressive and reassuring experience. Being entirely dissatisfied with our existing 26 radiator oil fired system, Paul Churchill provided a fast and competitive quote ( amongst 4 ) to provide a Worcester Danesmore Utility 32/50KW high efficiency condensing boiler, remove existing header tank, install new expansion vessel with pressure gauge and filling loop to seal the system, a full hot and cold flush, install new fire valve, filters and frost thermostat and validate the Worcester 7 year warranty.On acceptance, the engineer Paul Nash, arrived at 8.30 am 5 days later. He immediately protected all working areas with cling film and proceeded to remove and replace the boiler and all associated pipe work, installing the new expansion vessel and small French drain for the condescend, completing all by 4pm. Very impressive. All discard was removed and the site left unfautingly clean.Equally impressive is the new adaptive system. The 26 radiators, throughout the house are hot within 20 minutes and there has been no further need to balance or bleed. ‘Feel the difference’The whole experience has been assuringly hassle free, no worry over deposits, and payment requested upon satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending The Boiler Team and both Paul Churchill and Paul Nash.

Have given 5 stars but would give 10 if I could. Moved house and my 1970s boiler was immediately condemned. I found this company through a Facebook advert and the day after I messaged them I had a phone call from Paul to go through what I needed (he was very helpful and friendly) and a quote was sent over very promptly. A week later a different Paul (engineer Paul) showed up on the agreed date and set to work. It was a big job as I needed the boiler moving upstairs plus lots of pipework needed replacing as it hadn't been changed since the 70s.He was super polite and very hard working, just got on with the job and nothing was too much trouble.Would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I just wish they did more than boilers as would love them to do all the renovations in my house!
WOW, Paul Nash arrived at 8.30 on Monday morning and fitted a new Worcester Heatslave 18/25 Oil boiler, and by 4.30pm old boiler gone and new one in place and working.Paul came back few days later to fit a new flue and checked the system was working ok, which it was.I would highly recommend this company and thank you Paul for you hard work and professionalism.
I’m so impressed with the process of having a new external boiler. All the preparation in terms of quoting was done by text/email with photos and a couple of chats with Paul Churchill. The online aspect was my only reservation. I took a Navien external boiler. The engineer did a brilliant job in one day. Could not recommend this team enough. Great value quality service.
Boiler Juice has an excellent team for this part of the world. Paul Churchill, who came to look at my kitchen and give a very competitive quote, was friendly and very helplful. Craig, who actually fitted the Worcester Bosch boiler (and took the old Stanley cooker away) worked heroically: 12 hours a day without a break. He was also tidy. There was a problem: the first flue from the boiler was too short, leading to fumes venting directly into my bathroom. So Colin came all the way from Wales to my home near Salisbury twice, once to investigate and then to install a new, longer pipe. I have hardly used the heating yet - it is summer - but the hot water is working well.All in all, I strongly recommend Boiler Team.
