Ordered products and received less than half of what I purchased. What was missing was over $80 worth of hair care products. I've tried reaching out to get my items and have not heard back. I think it's strange that the only way to contact this company with issues is thru email. A phone number would be helpful. It screams scam company and regret buying anything from them.
I don’t say it often but this was an outstanding service. Quick, friendly and efficient start to finish - from the shipping, to customer service to return/refund.Unfortunately hair products didn’t suit my needs (although I have Boucleme towel and it’s great), however that’s an individual thing and not a reflection on the quality.Presentation was beautiful and I’m grateful for the freebies.Would definitely recommend.
I love this stuff. I used to have a frizzy mess that would only hold onto curl if I stood very still out of the wind or used horrible hardening products. I wish I'd found Bouclème years ago! I've used a lot of the products now including curl cleanser and hydrating hair cleanser (top of hair/scalp only), curl conditioner (which I leave in - this is also new to me! Works like a dream) and the curl defining gel. Also tried the superhold gel but to be honest, the curl defining gel does the trick (lasts hours - even used it for my wedding and didn't reapply all day). Smells good too (very fresh). Can't see myself going back to other hair products anytime soon.
Love their whole range of products. I never knew my hair could look so good! Since I started using Bouclème I discovered my real curls and my hair feels and looks healthy. The products are really well done and they have an extensive line for every need. I definitely recommend to give it a try. I was a bit hesitant at first but the difference is impressive. I only dread running out of product!
I absolutely love this brand! It’s transformed my hair as I’ve been straitening it or ‘spiking’ it for years! My girlfriend told me to ‘embrace my curls’ so I tried the foam and super hold styler. I can’t believe how many compliments I get about my hair (that’s never happened in my life 🤣)Works brilliantly and smells lush ☺️
They may have good products but they also have the worst customer service on the planet.They don't check emails, the only means to engage with them. In addition, they do have a dysfunctional website and a very biased reward system geared to their advantage and to the clients’. Once you try to use the rewards points, not only you have a first conditional restriction of spending £60 (that's a lot of money), the system bypass this and takes you to a forced checkout without making use of the points and/or wanting to complete the order. I thought this was an error that has been made and I took the benefit of the doubt and contacted Boucleme of course via the only way to do so which is by email and asked to cancel the order immediately and explained what had happened. I got no reply. I contacted them via Instagram who in turn contacted customer service. However, instead of an apology and the desire to help and to rectify the situation either by cancelling or by using loyalty points, I got told off with harsh tone email and with a cut and paste redundant information from the website with nothing to do with my query.Plus they said that they had packed the order and it is ready to be collected. Not sure why this cannot be cancelled and why don't they check emails first thing on Monday morning as what the norm is??!!! As much as there were already existing problems with this order so far, the disaster is when you start the return process. Everything is geared to the benefit of Boucleme and no appreciation to the customers' needs or the customer's protection laws. Check the similar experiences before you buy from Boucleme.If you are contemplating shopping with Boucleme, read their returns policy and consider your options, this is if you have any with Boucleme.In spite of knowing that the items will be returned and the return process has started, the lazy staff didn't stop it and ship it, by doing so they have incurred an added cost on the business and lost a client and the network associated with. This what happens when you employ dim and careless staff? or this is by your own design then Boucleme? Boucleme, as result, is a business that doesn't appreciate loyalty and customers. Regardless how good their products may be, they are not worthy the support. Boucleme go and learn from the majority of businesses on how to treat and retain clients. Shame on you!
Little white lumps appeared in the shampoo. Contacted customer service and was told it was solidified coconut oil and I should rub it between my hands to smooth it out. Tried to but the liquid is so thin it just dripped into the shower tray and didn't incorporate at all. The shampoo now just clings to my hair and it look like I haven't washed it for a VERY long time. GROSS! Customer service simply rubbish and have no idea how to manage complaints - when a product fails it needs to be put right.
