Awful & greasy result for 3A hair

Bought this from Boots hoping it would be great for my 3A curly hair, however have done two washes and my hair feels constantly damp and greasy and hangs limp and disgusting. Really disappointed as this was way more expensive than any shampoo or conditioner I've ever bought before

Poor customer service

It seems normal for the customer service to not received the products after 22 days. Really poor accompaniment. If you have a problem maybe you will receive a standard answer in the same week you asked for. Good luck to resolving the issues with them or maybe you will in couple of months

Best silk hairband.

I have a silk bonnet, silk pillow cases, hair ties and scrunchies but had looked for a silk hair band but all I had seen were too wide. Love the size of boucleme black silk hairband. Fits perfectly thank you.

No! Formula change of curl conditioner!

I love Boucleme and have used it happily for many years. However the change In Formula of the curl conditioner DOES NOT WORK for me. I use it as a leave in and now It leaves my hair dry. I am devastated, as it has taken many years to find a conditioner that works and now it has gone!! I, in desperation bought the new seal and shield, but alas it doesn’t work either. I am now ordering on Amazon as they seem to have some bottles left of the old formula. But I am truly gutted. I went on boucleme to see if the unisex conditioner had also changed formula but it doesn’t seem to be available any more…..If there are any litre bottles of the old formula left, can I buy some?!

Jury still out

Jury still out. Resorted to washing my hair with regular shampoo after using products for 2 weeks as hair and scalp felt dirty. Smell lovely and like conditioning element and curl gel.
