Didn't verify customer email. I'm not the customer, but I'm getting spammed with crap updates. Not fair on the customer, not fair on the owner of the wrong email address. It's basic. Fix it.

Like other reviewers, the "Perfect Curl Bundle" products, despite following the instructions to a T and spending upwards of 15 minutes rinsing the product out of my hair, has left my hair dry, extremely damaged, covered in split ends and when fully dried, my roots for about 3-4 inches are clumped up and full of grease. I've got normal 3C natural hair, completely virgin and undyed. The shampoo immediately upon contact with my hair made it brittle and extremely difficult to get a wide tooth comb or my fingers through. When it dried, because of the trauma trying to detangle, my hair became incredibly frizzy and damaged at rhe ends and lengths and the roots remained greasy and clumpy. I went on their website and saw other people had had the same issue so since August 28th 2022 until this week I maintained using these products thinking my hair, per their advice, was "balancing itself out" and "getting used to cream based cleansers" despite using cream based cleansers before and not having this issue. My hair has gotten worse and worse and I emailed Boucleme over a week ago begging for help and they've ignored my email. I'm now looking into hair dressers specialising in curly hair to see how much of my hair is salvageable and how much will need to be cut off. I'm devastated and wouldn't recommend these products to anyone. I should've listened to other reviewers but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and I wish I hadn't. Look Fantastic now appear to have deleted all of the reviews for these products and aren't letting me post the above on the product page.

The best curl line out there! Never going back!

The best curl line out there! From the first usage of the coil kit, I was already wowed at my curls’ transformation. By week 4, I was astounded. This shall be the only thing I use on my curls ever again! My big struggle is maintaining beautiful curls once my hair has dried. Usually it just turns into a puff ball once it has dried and my curls aren’t giving luscious curls. However, once week 4 came of using this coil kit, my curl pattern stayed for the whole day. And it was at that moment I knew, I had found my hair’s holy grail. So y’all! Make sure you buy yours!

5 star product let down by shoddy courier company

I decided to order directly from Boucleme instead of going into Boots as I have done in the past; I thought it would be good to support the company directly as I like their background and ethos and I’d also have a wider range of products to choose from. I got a dispatch notice almost immediately and then a promised delivery date from the courier, Yodel, that Boucleme uses. I’ll cut a long story short, but I eventually got my package nearly 2 weeks later after an hour’s drive each way plus a 40 minutes wait outside an isolated industrial site in the rain and the dark, where as a lone female, I did not feel completely safe. Although this courier company needs a separate review, it’s all part of the overall customer experience, and mine was pretty negative. The products are wonderful and my hair has never looked better but I feel it’s an insult to customers to charge for delivery and then use such a shoddy courier. I won’t order from directly from Boucleme again.

I was excited to receive the cleanser…

I was excited to receive the cleanser and curl cream. However, the curl cream has a very strong throat irritating smell. They must be an ingredient in there that makes trigger a throat irritation. I would like to return the product please for a full refund. I must add that, some people may not have the same outcome so I would suggest to get a sample first. I threw the packaging and return receipt away because I wasn’t expecting to have that reaction. Could you please contact me on how to proceed.

Love this product

Bought curl cream….Love this product! I use daily on my 4c curls. Smells amazing and makes my hair feel nicely moisturised without being too greasy.

Product does not work

Product does not work, customer services have not responded to my emails.Bouclème state they offer a 30 money back promise. This has not been fulfilled.When I made a complaint about a separate issue this was not responded to. Very unimpressed.Expensive product that doesn’t work. Shield and Seal.Also website states that a free gift is included when a certain amount has been spent, I spent more than the ‘required’ amount - no free gift was included. Received a very curt and frankly snotty response from customer services when I raised this.

Product gave me a bad reaction.

Edit: 15th November, still chasing my refund - opened a dispute with paypal, boucleme said they couldn't do refund while dispute case open - closed the case and still haven't refunded. they have until today and then i will let PP get my money back... Product gave me a bad reaction.. having to return - sent info@ 3 emails to return product under guarantee and provide shipping note - still had no reply.. I hope to get a response within this week for my money back..
