Review Time
I've been using some of the products offered by Brainstorm Force and I only have good words for them. I was so pleased with its ease of use and the ability of the team to always offer something better, that after some time I decided to upgrade to the Growth Bundle. Not only they offer great products, but a top customer care as well.
I wanted to change my website, so I did my usual research and ended up choosing the theme Astra and one of their starter templates. They promised ease of use and flexibility and delivered.They even gave me some pointers with Elementor. The whole exercise was much quicker than expected because everything was easy to use.
Very impressed with the Astra theme for Wordpress. Superior in quality, functionality and adaptability than a great many paid versions and it’s free. The pro version looks interesting and I may well consider it later. Their customer service is simply excellent. Responses are speedy, helpful and knowledgeable. 100% satisfied customer here and I’m happy to give them a high recommendation.
I had an issue that Edit Bar was not appearing on top for some pages in the Admin mode. I changed the theme and the problem was still persisting. I knew it was probably not a problem of the Astra theme, but still requested help from Astra. It was Saturday, and as I had read on their site that their helpdesk operates only Monday through Friday, I did not expect a reply before Monday. Logged in on Sunday (today) and their reply had already come on the Saturday. The mail said that it may not be a problem with their theme, but a WP problem, still asked for more details with offer to help. Anyway at this time the issue had disappeared by itself. I am impressed by Astra's lightning response and also by the offer to help, knowing well that it is not a problem with their theme.I retired as CEO of an IT company, and now after retirement I am self-learning Wordpress and building a site for myself on some work I had been doing. I am a total novice in the website development field. After some reading/reviews, I had chosen Astra. All features which wanted (so far) are there and the theme is working very well. I am very happy with my choice. The support too is sterling. Great going. Keep it up!!
