On my first experience in contacting Ultimate Adds for WordPress which is owned by Brainstorm Force I had a very quick response and very polite and concise support from Umar at Customer Care team. He was quick to sort out the issue and very polite which isnt always the way with companies nowadays so it was reassurring and nice to experience. Omar went above and beyond to help me . Was very impressed . Would hae left an earlier review but had a sickness. A very pleased and assured customer. Excellent customer service. I think when web designing for yourself or others to have companies with excellent support is gold dust, so thank you.
After using their Elementor plugin's Video Gallery feature, I had a number of issues. At first they claimed it was plug-in conflicts, the usual explanations to distance themselves without actually looking into it. I persisted and they eventually admitted there was indeed a known bug in their plugin that caused videos to redirect to vimeo rather than play on the page. They said they were working on it and gave me a workaround. This alone caused huge delays when a prospective client had been waiting to see my portfolio. It got worse. I found another bug with their player. At this point, it seemed that rather than conceding to an issue they couldn't fix, they stopped all communication. Normally, I'd get a reply by the next day. I tried starting a new support string - still no reply. As of now, it's been over a week since they've replied despite me touching base multiple times. I paid for this plugin and the support that comes with it and they intentionally stopped providing support, presumably rather than admitting they just don't know what's wrong with their product.
Great products and perfect and fast support. I am using Ultimate Addons for Elementor what are the perfect expansion upgrade for the Elementor pro. With 1 element i had a problem, after sending a ticket i had anwser in 5 hours with a perfect solution and verry friendly support.
