Item I bought is lovely, paid £6.99 for next day delivery which did not happen, had to contact BrandAlley about this, they apologised and refunded, not the point next day is next day not 3 days later, they use FedEx (dreadful) cannot access their tracking system, Brand Alley need to consider other reliable couriers.
