Call initially managed by a very intuitive bot and my query was transferred to be handled by a customer advisor . The advisor got back to me quickly and resolved my query immediately to my satisfaction . Brand Alley has an excellent customer service with Fabhia , thank you .
I've bought lots of different things from Brandalley and I love everything I've purchased, amazing prices and deals, and in generally if ive every contact c.services they are quick and effiencent in getting back to me. And delivery dates are generally decent within 3-5 working days window.But the delivery companies let brandalley down on several occasion. I think this is more down to the delivery company rather than Brandalley, so I do always think about what I'm buying and if we will be around to receive the goods.I had a large box of wine glasses delivered and they were left on my drive in vision for the public. Luckily I got my neighbour to take them in. But this was not the first time this has happened. I thibk in general alot of delivery companies let the brands down. My only issue is, with Brandalley you pay for delivery and its still not of the level you would expect as most free deliveries give the same service.
I have used Brand Alley for many years now and I am always confident that the good are great but also if there is a problem it will be dealt with quickly and with a favourable outcome. I have only had 2 occasions to contact customer service in 5 years, and I do buy a lot, and they resolve it to my satisfaction. Returns are easy too.
