Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service! I have been trying to return some items from my order the last 2 weeks! First I have spend couple of days to reach out and get a reply. For ‘some’ reason the email they have provided for customers to get a return code (if your product is provided by a supplier not BrandAlley directly) is not working and I keep getting email rejection mails. Then after my numerous attempts on the bot chat someone emailed me to assist me, yet again a disappointment. After several emails back and forth, I was first provided with a return date and some carrier company was supposed to collect the boxes, they changed it to the next day, which was not my preferred day. Nevertheless, I accepted the second day to deliver the packages, changed all my schedule and stayed at home to make sure I don’t miss the courier service, no one showed up! I sent several emails to get information, NO replies!!!! Horrible horrible service, BrandAlley is just focused on marketing and spamming your inbox without any actual servicing when needed.

Very poor service.

I contacted customer service regarding a discount issue, and unfortunately my experience with Shannon was very disappointing. I had purchased two pairs of shoes using a 20% discount code, and within 24 hours I wanted to order a third pair of the same shoes. When I reached out for help because the code no longer worked, I was told to simply “monitor the website every day” for another discount instead of being offered any kind of practical solution.Throughout the interaction, it felt like my concerns weren’t really being heard. The responses came across as rigid and unhelpful—more of a “computer says no” type of attitude rather than genuine customer support. For a situation that seemed simple to resolve, the lack of effort and understanding was incredibly frustrating.This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering again.
