Shattered, but happy ending!

I was so looking forward to my lovely wine glasses. On arrival, it was clear from the tinkling sounds that delivery had caused damage.Customer service were excellent. Shannon asked for photos to be emailed back to her and she arranged a replacement box of glasses which arrived - intact - in less than 48 hours.So happy with my beautiful glasses - would definitely recommend Brand Alley!
