The tracking said that Royal Mail had been waiting for the items for a few days, upon raising the issue I only got told by a BOT to wait until the final delivery date on the order. Eventually, a human engaged and confirmed the delivery was lost. There being no further stock an expedited refund was given.

Absolutely terrible service spent £600 with a delivery date of 2-3 days 22 days later and no sign of my order after promises 3 times on dates it will be delivered but failed. I would definitely avoid this company
