Returns aren’t free

Returns aren’t free!Bought a pair of Skechers as a present. Came up very small so had to return. Cost £8.95 to send back as you can’t drop off in store as it’s a different company! Won’t be using again

Exceptional support from Brantano

Exceptional support from Brantano. Ordered on next-day delivery, however, post was delayed (most likely down to The Royal Mail).Brantano refunded me the delivery charge within a few hours, which is how support should be done, promptly and fairly. Shoes arrived shortly after, in perfect condition. Hence, the 5 Star Review.

I orderd my daughter a pair of trainers…

I orderd my daughter a pair of trainers which are size 10.5. They where ordered and came in size 11 which is huge on her. I sent them email and not helpful at all. I had proof that they where ordered 10.5 and they replied there are not from us! I had to send proof of everything and again came back saying it wasnt from them!! Not happy
