I received my order both size 8 Skechers the 2.0 cryptic fit perfectlyThe Skechers arch fit golf shoe that I am returning is miles too small at best a size 7My issue is I bought 2 pairs to get the free postage but now I find myself having to pay the postage to return something that is not suitable as it is clearly sized Wrong?Hopefully you understand my issue and can refund me the postage.
I bought a pair of Cotswold Boots (received beginning of January 2024) and one is already letting in water. I emailed the company with the order details and had the usual robotic reply of "we're experiencing a high volume ........blah blah blah". Having heard nothing in 48 hours, I have followed my email up but still no response. So no after sales service and I would not advise using this company. The boots were £60 ..........and have lasted two months.........I will escalate this but my advice is if you want customer service, don't use this site.
Dreadful customer service, I bought some Muck Boots from them in August ready for the winter, I've only worn them occasionally since November and they're falling apart already, these boots cost just under £90!!! If they were every day shoes I'd be upset that they're falling apart, but I dont wear wellingtons every day!! Customer service says its wear and tear, what? After a few hours wear? £90? Disgusting company, disgusting products and no customer service
Really cross with this bunch of cheats. The sent me my crocs in good time but sent me the wrong size. Eventually had a response to my emails after 3 attempts only to be told the return postal charge is on me. It was their bloody mistake not mine. Will never use these charlatans again.
This company along with her associates (Godiyspot.com) refused to refund my £8.71 being for purchase of Nike white trainers size 9.5 advertised for £9.I placed the order (1 pc) and my account was debited for £8.71 instead of the cost price of £9. Simultaneously, a second prompt to debit my account for additional £2 was rejected by me because it’s strange paying X2 for one item. This happened on Friday 9th February’24. Upon my request to get back my money, the email response I got was that the £8.71 was for subscription and that I haven’t made any purchases!!!All effort (inclusive of copies of debit and only advert for the Nike trainers & debit receipts) proved unsuccessful.I therefore, urge prospective customers to keep clear and out of this fraudsters from Cyprus.
