Review Time
I ordered some size 12 crocs. Brantano sent size 13. The bag was also ripped. I simply want to get them replaced with the correct size. I phoned and was advised to photograph the shoes and the bag and wait for a free return label. After a few days I got a reply to say that I should return the crocs at my own cost and that if the packaging was damaged I may not get a refund. Not sure if they had even looked at my email . I am returning the shoes and will see what happens but am left with a rather disappointed feeling. I will post another review again when I find out what they are going to do. Far too much hassle.
First time purchase, wrong size sent. Probably a rare occurrence but with so many products in warehouse picking mistakes can happen.Apprehensive about Brantano's T&C in this situation as very firm - need to be as some consumers buy for an occasion, then return in expectation of a refund.Pleasantly surprised to receive a genuine apology and placed a new order, first refunded in due course - that's the way their system works.Would I buy from Brantano again? Definitely yes - good service and some genuine bargains.
