I ordered two Stressless Sofas and a chair from Brentham Furniture and they did a fantastic job keeping me up to date with the progress and delivery of the items, and all for a very competitive price. We have to live with large purchases like this for years, and I am happy that we put our trust in Brenthams.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They have fantastic customer service throughout the whole sale from purchase to beyond delivery to ensure they can do all they can for their customers. Not only that but the sofa was absolutely beautiful and delivered with care. I would have no hesitation to purchase from them again.
This is the way to buy furniture. No impersonal warehouse/store or direct artisan manufacturer outlet that never delivers on time. Brentham front end established quality manufactures so that they meet the promises to, and expectations of, the customer. The quality/price ratio is comparable and Andy and Dan make the shopping experience pleasant. If retail is going to survive we need to see more committed local stores like Brentham. This is now the third room we have furnished with Brentham.
Ordering was clear and simple, as was customer service during the lead time. The best part of the experience was delivery, with regular text messages the day of and day before. I appreciated receiving a 2 hour window the day before and an exact arrival time on the morning it arrived. Dan kindly brought the sofa into the living room despite it being the hottest day of the year. Thank you!
We recently purchased a pair of luxury leather chairs online from Brentham Furniture, and the entire experience was seamless and easy. Not only were the chairs £100 cheaper per chair compared to identical ones at John Lewis, but the service was also exceptional.Shortly after placing the order, I received a polite courtesy call from the store, which was a lovely touch. The delivery team then followed up with a text confirming the delivery date, and I even received a friendly call on the day letting me know exactly when to expect them.The chairs arrived incredibly well packed and exceeded our expectations in both quality and comfort. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase and would definitely use Brentham Furniture again. Highly recommended!
Excellent customer service from both Andy and Dan. Dan delivered my furniture, which is of outstanding quality. He kept me informed of the time slot he would arrive and when the goods arrived, they were packaged well. Customer service was second to none from initial enquiry to receipt of goods. Everyone that I dealt with was polite, respectful and couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent products and outstanding service from start to finish. I would definitely highly recommend Brentham Furniture and wouldn’t hesitate in contacting them again for any future purchases.
