Review Time
I placed and paid for an order 13 July 2025. Delivery period quoted was 3-7 working days. It is now 18 September and I am still waiting delivery. I initially emailed querying the delivery on 24 July and did get a response on the 25 July stating they were experiencing a delay but it should be delivered by the end of the following week. Nothing arrived! I have subsequently emailed for updates on the following dates:2 August8 August14 August10 SeptemberI have never received a reply, delivery or offer of a refund.The company should adjust their system to keep customers up to date with orders so they don't create false expectations that goods will arrive as advised. There should be a lot better communication which in turn will provide better customer service.
Initially there was a slight mix up but on identifying the problem a gentleman named Mem stepped in, he ensured the order was correct took in to account all of my delivery fears personally tracked the order whilst keeping in contact with me & the courier, in short I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism & very happy with the quality of the product. Personally I’d definitely use this company again.
I ordered white pebbles 1000kg advertised as being sized from 40mm -90mm, when they arrived it was clear that the stones/cobbles were not as advertised. Most were barely 40mm. Brisks do not have a contact number. You have to email and wait for a reply. Initial call dealt with by Zarah Nation who then passed it to “Mem” in the meantime I had an incorrect order obstructing my driveway. I pointed this out to Mem who stated that maybe I thought they were too small, I said that the tape measure disagreed. This conversation took place on a Friday, I was told he could do nothing until Monday. Monday came no update. I decided to “make do” with the order, I told them he said he has arranged a courier and paid for it, I said I would not pay any extra fees for cancelled collection. Product not as described on website, no resolve or compensation. Unimpressed
I ordered some grey limestone clippings from Brisks. I needed a delivery within 48 hours and Zahra Nation on their customer service team went above and beyond to make sure the delivery providers fulfilled the order to the timelines. She contacted them after hours and over the weekend to ensure the delivery was fulfilled. I truly appreciate her efforts and the excellent service she gave and she was a pleasure to talk to. I will be ordering from brisks again!
Supposed to be delivered on Thursday with work men starting Friday. Stones have not turned up Thursday due to transport issues, and have also not turned up Friday. I have now had to pay work men Friday and Saturday as resources were suppose to be here for Thursday. It is now Monday and I have no idea of or when the stones are coming. I am not happy in the slightest with the service received. I'd avoid ordering from here and stick to reliable companies. Not even a phone call to update us of whats going on.
ORDER WAS PLACED IN GOOD TIME FOR DELIVERY AND DESPITE THIS, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ON THE DELIVERY TIME STATING IT WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL MONDAY. WHICH IS NOT IDEAL...THAT SAID IT WASNT RHEIR FAULT, THE DELIVERY COMPANY WAS THE LET DOWN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM RESOLVED THE PROBLEM TO MY SATISFACTION. THANK YOUVERY MUCH.
