I started buying from these guys about 6 months ago. The product arrived very qucikly and the quality was exceptional. I have bought from these guys ever since, the products always arrive quickly and the quality is always the best. I buy all my supplements from them now and I wouldn't want to buy anywhere else! I was so keen to order from this company but just wanted to check out a few reviews. All seemed great except a few negative ones, to be expected. However, I have been totally put off by the replies from the company when responding to negative reviews. Extremely unprofessional and childish. Such a shame as I thought the probiotic sounded perfect.
Decent prices and decent vitamins/supplements. My only complaint is the packaging. The sealy bit of the bags always come away from the bag so means it’s useless. I’ve had to transfer into an empty tub I had. The ones from nutrition geeks are much better quality pouches.
Ordered an item that was described as 100% pure, then through a health professional was informed that the product contains pepper , which can cause inflammation to the gut (big NO NO for me). Requested cancellation of the order, which was ignored, and the item was still sent out . No response to my email , and no info on their website regarding returns. Would advise to shop elsewhere, transparency is key with supplements. Disappointing & misleading company.
