I ordered the wrong supplements. I wanted magnesium but added 5hstp, which was my fault! I sent email & received one back telling me they are used for lots of things just introduce slowly. They made me feel unwell so I contacted my doctor & was told I shouldn’t be using these supplements as I am on an antidepressant & it’s very dangerous! I emailed again to see if they would help I didn’t want refund I just wanted the magnesium! I was told they would only do it if the package had not been opened, so they obviously didn’t read my email properly?? Awful customer support & service will not be using them again!!!
I brought lots of products from British supplements. The most effective has been the clean magnesium helping me sleep so much better and the itchy skin has gone.I also purchased the Biotin for hair skin and nails. Wow just amazing in 3 months I have new hair growing and my hair is definitely thicker. My granddaughter even commented that my hair had grown. My toe nails didn't grow and now they are growing so fast it's unbelievable. My fingers nails are so hard the lady that does my manicure said " these are tools not jewels" lol should the other way round. My skin feels soft too. The clean collagen has helped my joint and fibromyalgia pain All round great products
I recently ordered some Lions Mane … when it turned up the packaging ( which was really good) had been battered by Royal mail it was in another bag supplied by them and the packing had been saturated in perfume. I emailed B.S to notify them and tbh wasn't expecting them to do anything about as in fairness wasnt their fault. Had a prompt reply off Harry to say a new package was on the way. Now that is class customer service
Ordered magnesium twice resently and once order went through and confirmation received, the order gets cancelled. The email from British suppliments state unforseen circumstances. The items are showing in stock so not sure why it keeps getting cancelled. Now I have to wait for money to be put back into account. Have emailed company, but no response. Would not use again.
By the time I got to the bottom of the first page of blurb I was exhausted, the text actually put me off ordering from this company. It came across as aggressive and a little racist, and having read their responses to reviews they didn’t like I decided they are not a company I would like to give my money to. Also, trustworthiness is a word, you didn’t invent it, you just misspelt it 🙃Your response proves my review to be right, and for the uneducated at least I can spell! Seriously get yourselves a proofreader 🤦🏻♀️
Having just read the read the response from British Supplements to Miss Tee, I certainly will not be buying from this company. When my family's dates changed last minute to visit us overseas (we don't live in the UK) it was a mad rush to get a large ordered fulfilled and delivered before they left. The order was placed 3rd Dec midday UK time, so I quickly sent an email asking if it was possible we could get the order by the 5th. I knew we were pushing it. But Dan was magic, as were the whole team and not only did my family get the order, it was received the next day!!! I sincerely cannot thank them enough. When I place an order it is sizeable, hoping to last the next 4-6 months and I top it up every opportunity I can because the British Supplements are just that good. Lungwort, NAC, Vit D & K, Milk Thistle, Slippery Elm....I could go on, it's a long list but every single one of these supplements do a damn good job and are seriously life giving. I have even gifted to friends and family, some with serious illnesses and have seen their symptoms alleviated and quality of life increased. It's nearly 2 years now for me, being a British Supplements customer and a damn happy one at that. Thank you Chris and team (especially Dan), 10 stars!
I experienced severe acid reflux after taking Lion's Mane from this new supplier. Initially, I used a different brand without any side effects, but I wanted to try something new. Unfortunately, the product from this company didn't agree with me. I’ve decided to return to my original supplier, which worked perfectly for me before.
