Review Time
So I had scoured the Internet looking for supplements that weren't full of binders and additives ect. I came Accross British supplements and on reading the website it was clear that what they say they sell is exactly what they sell. No lies no is just pure form supplements. I have bought if they quite a few times now and will continue in the future because in my opinion right now there is no better.
I found two products with quality ingredients, also it’s what they don’t contain that’s beneficial, I’ve already repurchased the same products again and will do so in the future. In fact looking to possibly change over one product from another company to the product these guys supply as it’s got more in it and no bulk. I’ve not had any interactions with customer service and so can’t comment but the items arrive on time and in letter box friendly packaging and so you don’t have to wait to receive them or have them left in the sun by a delivery person who doesn’t think about the heat damage to the product. So check the products and read the science and make your choice.
All the Products I have used from British Supplements have enhanced everything in my health Journey over the last 5 Yrs ! Even to the degree my son has recently lost his "MOJO" after picking up a virus in Morocco and I reached out to the company for help. The team and Chris were great and suggested solutions which I am glad to say my son has used and is now on the mend and his life is getting back to normal with the help of these supplements. They really do what they say on the Tin/packet ! Thanks
I have been buying our essential supplements from British Supplements for quite some time now. I *could* probably buy them more cheaply elsewhere, so why do I favour this company?(1) The complete absence of bulking agents, including some popular options that really aren't that good for us;(2) Provenance;(3) Doses that might actually make a difference;(4) Great service;(5) Minimal use of plastics (unlike most other manufacturers);(6) Management that clearly knows their subject, and aren't just jumping on bandwagons.

Update: after reading the reply from this company, I stand by every single word of my review. I think this guy needs help. He says Trustpilot want the negative reviews to force him to continue using them!!! If you are so unhappy with Trustpilot just don’t use them. Like I’m so unhappy with your company that I wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole. You insult the intellect of your customers when you need to look at yourself: INITIAL REVIEW : I ordered some Clean Collagen, but was advised by a friend to research thoroughly the pangasius fish used in this product. I was so shocked by what I found that I contacted this company and said I was exercising my Statutory Right to Cancel and would be returning these items product unopened. My review was initially going to be about their refusal to refund the postage which is a customer’s right under the Statutory Right to cancel and overrides any of their T&Cs and policies. I also wanted to highlight the numerous concerns there are by experts about pangasius fish. On reading other reviews I am absolutely shocked by the rude and in my opinion abusive replies given to customers. I don’t want anything to do with this company and will be contacting Trading Standards .
