Having used suppliments for various goals over the years i can honestly say the quality provided is felt when taking suppliments pro ided by British suppliments, the fast turn around and product consistency across there ranges has me coming back every time. Definitely not the cheapest but you definitely get real quality for what you pay for
I got everything I asked for an also I had low vitamin D for years even with the tablets I was given by the Dr's after getting my bloods taken again after I'd started using British supplements my blood results came back as no longer lacking in vitamin D I strongly recommend this company an I will continue to do so for all my supplements keep up the great work all at British supplements
Horrified by the bad reviews here about quality of products and service, and the patronising and awful replies from the company staff. Wanted to order some products but put off by poorly designed, maintained and written webpage, as well as the high price of products. Pity! Could do so much better. Will buy somewhere, sigh!
Have been taking NAC for a good while now, it works really well. Saw another well known company selling it for cheaper and decided to try it. Thinking it was a well known company there wouldn't be much difference but definitely noticed it. Have went back to BS, you pay more but you definitely get what you pay for
Ordered from British Supplements for the first time after hearing rave reviews. I was notified my package would be delivered by Royal Mail who, to cut a long story short, misdelivered my parcel, then told me it was lost, then lied to me and told me it had indeed been delivered, and sent me on a wild goose chase of lies. They also told me a refund would be at the discretion of British Supplements. I contacted British Supplements, who were prompt in their communication and in sending me out a whole new batch of supplements to replace the ones lost or stolen by Royal Mail. Not only did British Supplements send out a new order within 48 hours, they also updated my address and went above and beyond throughout.I will write a new review in a couple of weeks once I have more to say about the Supplements themselves. This review is purely to congratulate British Supplements on their exemplary customer service. Truly, a company who care about their clients. The only piece of advice I would give BS is to use a different delivery service, as Royal Mail are a useless joke, and will have a negative impact on the business due to their incompetence. Other than that, 10/10 for diligence and customer service.
I've bought products from British Supplements and they seem to be good quality but I do agree with some of the negative comments on here. The marketing of the products/business needs some work; why give so much focus to competitors on your homepage rather than emphasising your own USPs? When I'm shopping for tumeric do I really care that Rolls Royce is German owned? The replies to negative comments here on Trustpilot are also really poor; calling people uneducated, paper brains and snowflakes. It doesn't sound like a business that cares about your health. Holland & Barrett might have Russian investors but they still reply respectfully to negative feedback.The preferred review platform of British Supplements also seems very dubious judging by the reviews (navigate to judge.me here on Trustpilot, filter to 1 star reviews). Many customers reporting that negative feedback can be deleted.
