Review Time
I purchased vit d3 k2 10000iu about 4 weeks ago. I had blood work done at my doctor's for an unrelated issue and they raised my very high vit d3 levels! I was taking 20,000iu every day but my blood levels were 240nm! So I can say with certainty that their vitamins are 100% legit! Respect the recommended dosages!
This company's products were recommended to me so I checked out the website. One or two statements on there just made me wonder a bit so I came on Trustpilot to see what people had to say about them.Similar to some others, having read the responses to the negative reviews I will certainly not order anything from them. it seems that if you have any complaint at all then you will be met with some sort of insulting reply. Do they not understand how much custom they could be losing with that attitude?I look forward to the reply - probably along the lines of "we don't want to deal with your sort anyway".
Ordered garlic in early March, they arrived a few days later but the package was open and capsules had dulled out into the main packaging. I sent 3 emails to their contact email address for returns with pictures but had no reply. I then had a post purchase feedback email, I responded with feedback and was asked to send pictures of the packaging and slip with the pickers details, I did this the same day. It’s now April 5th and I’ve had no response to this (about two weeks ago). Really disappointing customer service, I was excited to find a British company that sells quality supplements. I take 8 different supplements per day and would have likely shifted it all to these guys. However, it’s now a month since I purchased the garlic and still nothing resolved. Same really.
The only provider of Magnesium L Threonate in the UK! Well, at least, as far as I know. I have been using this specific item ordered online, and I have truly appreciated the friendly and down to earth emails from Chris, informing me about other products.The order arrived promptly (the following day). Brilliant.
Had previous orders from British Supplements and been okay. Ordered 3 months of vitamin c and got 10 capsules less than the packet should contain. Emailed the company via email on two separate occasions and received no response over a 2 week period. Customer service is very poor
Very helpful and took the time to educate me about what I was buying . Bought the supplements and their magnesium has helped me sleep better. I'm also really glad Chris has backbone. Companies like his are the only thing that's honest these days. Will keep buying from them.
