Review Time
Better off buying from elsewhere. Purchased last week not received. I have emailed 3 times and had no reply. Really disappointed in this company. Will call my bank to get a refund. Going to stick with hey nutrition they give me a much better service 👎
NMN what a revelation. I have had knee problems for most of my life. NMN was recommended by my son who had been researching natural supplements for the same problem. We started taking NMN approx 12 months ago from British Supplements. I couldn't get up the stairs "normally" and found it difficult to get up from sitting.I can honestly say that these have been a godsend. I can now walk upstairs normally, get up from sitting to standing without struggling or pain.I know they are not cheap but I highly recommend these to anyone with joint issues. I take some other supplements from this company and use their stacks page for pertinent information on which supplements would be of benefit to me as every person has different health issues and the page is extremely informative.I know that Chris cannot recommend any supplement for health issues but it is easy to research the supplement on good old "Google"Thank you Chris and the team.
I have sent 5 emails to you addressed to Chris so you know exactly who I am. Disappointing that no responses. I have now sent a 6th email to CHRIS. Unable to get the review removed so you have to finally communicate. Just want the cash returned as it has been since early May. No responses in my junk folder.A further update to what is below. BS have now tried to get my review removed for a 3rd time. Latest attempt is to say the review is for another company. They are getting desperate now. Only one British Supplements. Why try to get the review removed twice for harmful and illegal content and now it is not their company. Return the money CHRIS. Next time I will post the emails I have from them.Ordered in May. Still not got my product. Emailed twice no response other than they are swamped and have taken on agency staff. Don’t touch them. Trading standards have recorded a statement. Dishonest. Even worse they attempted to get my review taken down through trust pilot. If only they had put in as much effort delivering the goods I paid for. I have been taking marine collagen for a week now from Clean British supplements & it's amazing for what it's done to my skin it's a lot clearer & smoother I'm 59 yrs old have been through the menopause so have lost a lot of my natural collagen & eastergen I'm very happy with British supplements
They were my main Ashwaganda supplier, very happy with them. Unfortunately I've purchased some supplements not knowing that they are month behind with orders, keep receiving emails that my order cannot be shipped. Why would you take order and not make customers aware of the delay?!
Been using this company for years now the owner is a very knowledgeable guy and has never hesitated to answer any questions Ive had... I use various supplements for a variety of reasons I tested them all by stopping the intake and my problems resumed. I definitely recommend this quality no nonsense buisiness.
As a would be customer, the customer service responder on Trust Pilot sounds like an obnoxious t w a t , who didn't receive much attention as a child. Why so spicy, mate?!!I get the feeling the company SLT big boss is a left wing bombastic, self proclaimed healer, who clearly knows better than any medical doctor who's studied for many years through Uni. But enough about professional doctors, don't listen to them, just take these super supplements in their bulked up dosage and if it goes wrong, that's on you bud.And don't forget to tip the staff for....wait, what for exactly? Do you not pay them or something? Here's a tip, try and answer customer complaints with humility and concern instead of reading then to just respond. Maybe read them to understand what the issue is that your company is creating? Ever tried a Kaisen event? Look into it, you may learn something.I wonder if the owner is small, hench bloke and has a crew cut? 🤔 eagerly awaiting his response, which he probably has to rewrite 10 times, then chat gpt for maximum effect. I received my supplements this morning , first order with you. 90 capsules arrived in an envelope type packaging. I wonder how I am going to keep them for the 89 days left as there is no container to keep them in. Why do you not provide a pot or bubble pack for storing ,most companies do .Your sincerely C Hughes
I ve been regular customer, I have using lungwort for past few months. This time I received it and after couple of week of using them. I noticed change in colour of the capsules, herb inside the capsule is rock hard dark brown. Basically dried up capsule.However, I contacted British supplement online message twice and emailed Chris to ask if it’s safe to continue to take this product or reason for this issue.Unfortunately, I have had no response.They so keen to sell but can’t be bothered to look after their customers.
