Great Service

I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews of people not receiving their orders and not being able to contact BS. I had no issues at all though. I placed my order on the 20th and received it today, I received update emails from BS and Royal Mail about my delivery, so the service I had was great. Now to try the products, hopefully they’re as good as the service!

Poor customer service

Never had a problem before, products always good but the one time I’m missing part of my order absolutely no response for 2 months, get one email back apologising and then yet again nothing so still unresolved! Order number was 1053346 if anyone is going follow up with it through here

Don't trust them

Don't trust them, I asked if their supplements were third party tested and they never responded, I don't believe they're as clean as they stateThe responses they leave to negative feedback speaks volumes! Shady company with awful customer service, I didn't even ask the question on "email" as you've stated, response proves your a joke of a company and I'll make sure I speak about the way you reply to customers and how your supplements are shady on my socials.

Feel much better and winters are easier…

I’ve been buying a variety of vitamins and supplements over the past 6 years from British supplements. I’ve found the service spot on and their products absolutely the best I’ve tried. I’ll never go back to high street brands that were not as effective and filled with lots of unnecessary junk. Thanks to Chris and his team. I’m 46 and my wife and I will be customers for life.

Good products despite asking for tips

Good products, regular customer. Dropped a star because of the request to keep tipping staff everytime I buy something. What's the deal with this? If business is going well and the staff are doing a good job, pay them what they deserve. Don't underpay them and then rely on us to top them up, it's not very British. I like to support businesses that look after their staff, lose the cap in hand approach.

I’m really pleased with my purchase…

I’m really pleased with my purchase after waiting a couple of weeks with no correspondence I started to get worried, reading the Negative reviews I thought I’d never get it. Like many I emailed them and got a reply straight away, they also acted swiftly to get my order sorted with many emails to let me know what was happening. Not all negative reviews are true, and come on if your a true customer give them a brake when you know they’re under a lot of stress moving to bigger premises they do this for you show them a little patience. It’s a thumbs up for me.

I received my order which came really quickly… I was surprised how quick it came!!I can’t wait to try the supplements as I’ve heard great things. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the probiotics were missing from my order which is a little annoying as they cost the most and the whole purpose of my order was for the probiotics. Chris, keep up the great work and if you can please reach out to me on when I can expect the missing item, that would be much appreciated. Many thanks,

Rhodiola

Ordered a good few different supplements all seem to be fine One of the supplements was Rhodiola, I initially ordered one month supply all was well, definitely had more energy. Made a second order for two months Rhodiola, the first day of taking from the new packet gave me terrible heart palpitations and rapid heart rate. So, I stopped taking everything, gradually reintroducing one by one, when I got back on the Rhodiola, back came the tachycardia. I can only presume that the new 2 month supply is in some way contaminated. I have no idea what kind of regulations and restrictions have to be adhered to.

Awful service do not order from them

I order my item on the 27th June 2024 and it says they deliver within a week. I still haven't received it. The company chargers you for postage and act like they are based in china taking more than two week and still not delivering! I have emailed them and heard nothing back! I want a refund!!

Disappointing customer care

I have been purchasing supplements from British Supplements for quite some time and had previously been happy with the product despite delivery being on the slow side, however I had found on the 2 most recent occasions that the Collagen capsules that I had purchased had a number of capsules with the contents missing. I very much want to support a company such as this one and I really dislike giving negative reviews wherever possible but have emailed twice now on the: 20th May and a follow up email on the 15th June and have still not had a response. As a genuine long term customer I feel it's reasonable to expect a response?Will now look to order elsewhere from a company that values their customers.Disappointed to say the least.Would also like to add that I've definitely not had a message that's gone in to my spam folder as I can see this is the response that British Supplements have given to other customers.****Update, the reply received from Chris ( as below) is inaccurate and aggressive in tone. I absolutely did send emails on the dates stated. Not sure what is meant by the response he has given as follows:" do you want me to make a video to prove", prove what exactly???Also my name is Carole Robson not Carole Robinson so clearly they have not even searched correctly for my emails.Shame they are unable to take on board honest feedback that is intended to be constructive.I will leave it here as clearly they are not interested.
