Review Time
I am unsure about this company I am in two minds.I have ordered a couple of times but again was in two minds when the tablets we bought made no difference at all when I had success from elsewhere.My other alarm bell was the constant issues about highlighted about other companies on every single product. Personally I would prefer to see what that particular suppliment could do for me. Instead I have to go to other websites to look up products to see whether they are for me or not. There is no reason not to have a description of the product and how beneficial it could be for xyz. Every other company manages to put in a full list of ingredients and % of daily allowances etc not just some of the ingredients.Because suppliments are classed as foodstuff and not medications there are very few guidelines.I have emailed a few times for advice as overlapping some products can have toxic effects. I do worry about some people that put up reviews that must spend hundreds a month on several different products at a time sometimes overlapping some pretty potent stuff. But I never had replies from any of them.I am so on the fence of thinking are they legit with legit product and genuinely care or is the saying 'thou protest too much' applicable here and for some reason hating on companies to gain custom, and being vague about their products is all a huge smokescreen?But then I also read some absolutely shocking replies to people leaving lower than what they seem is acceptable reviews. The idea of any review website is to get a clearer idea of what companies to trust in a world of very dishonest people. These horrendous insult replies doesn't help I confidence in the company. The replies say so much more about a company than the reviews do.I want to believe their ethos but so many red flags here I'm unsure.I hope to read again in a month or so to see who else has been abused by the owner of the company or how.many 5* reviews there are. I ALWAYS take customer reviews on a website with a pinch of salt as they are always skewed. If they weren't, people wouldn't take to 3rd party sites to leave a review. Trust pilot is one of the largest review sites trusted by pretty much everyone! I have never heard of Judgeme therefore wouldn't trust in it anyway. For me trust pilot isn't as big as it is because it posts false reviews.We all go to suppliment companies to enhance our lives not be disrupt by them or find out in blood results we are taking potent levels of something, which is what happened to me.Reply to British Suppliment.... I've been incorporating Lion's Mane and Clean Collagen supplements from this company into my routine for a couple of months now, and I've noticed a positive difference. My hair feels stronger, and I appreciate their commitment to eco-friendly packaging. I trust the quality of their products, and they're reasonably priced too. Supporting a small local company like theirs feels like the right choice.
After some extensive research into supplements for sale on the net, I’ve found British supplements is the only one that sells 100% pure supplements with no fillers, bulking agents, caking agents or magnesium stearate etc which drastically reduces the purity but obviously makes large profits for the sellers with no interest in your health.
Ordered several supplements on a Tuesday after seeing would only take 2 -4 days royal mail tracked delivery. Received a fake tracking number Saturday. The tracking number was not recognized when entered on the Sat Sun Mon. So I return to the site and see there having problems while upscaling as obviously demand is high .so why not mention this before purchasing and why send fake tracking numbers as if every thing is fine .......I know the tracking number was fake as I asked for a full refund and was agreed to refund so obviously the package never left the ware house and passed to royal mail or wouldn't of been refunded so easily .....dishonest suspect behavior
This is a brilliant company to get high quality supplements from. Everything is carefully sourced by Chris the owner, and I've been using British Supplements since 2021, and I've honestly never felt healthier. I also think it's important to support small, independent businesses whenever you can.
I placed an order and having received nothing after a week I got in touch. That was the day they sent out my order. It was blamed on a new warehouse and inexperienced staff etc.Then I received an email asking me not to leave a review on TrustPilot but to use their own review app. ???After receiving a few more emails fishing for new orders I opted to Unsubscribe from their email list.Now I get an email complaining that TrustPilot is trying to blackmail them and suggesting I use their own review app to give them a review. They claim they have got their 'legal team' involved now 'to put it to bed' ???In that latest email they put up a link starting with the word 'trustpilot' but when I click on it, it goes straight to one of their own pages.Finally the product supplied did absolutely nothing to help my condition but the 'fishing for new orders emails' suggested another month or 2 month supply might help.I'll probably hear from their 'legal team' now but this is an honest review. I may be slightly out on my 'date of experience' as I binned all their emails but it was around March this year.Update 10/11/2024 Just the sort of reply I expected from this company, although on second thoughts it's quite mild compared with what some people have received in the past. I don't know who is going to supervise me. I'm 72 yrs old and probably have more qualifications than Mr anonymous. The main thing is they could not refute my review. I did write a negative review on their chosen site 2 weeks ago but it disappeared within 24 hours.
I am literally a new person since using British Supplements. Lions Mane and Dandelion. I have no more anxiety and my energy levels are very much improved. I have lost weight as I no longer have water retention issues. I intend to add many more to my daily intake to maximise the incredible results I am experiencing. It’s pure magic in a capsule. My mum was extremely poorly post pandemic and BS has saved her life. We were told she’d never walk again and now we walk, swim and run.
