Honest and reliable company with quality supplements

I have used this company for a few years and swear by the magnesium and collagen supplements which help me sleep and keep me supple and active. I rarely leave reviews but disagree with the trust pilot business model which leaves smaller businesses with little to no choice about using them. If in doubt start small with whatever you need the most help with and make up your own mind. Everyone in my family now uses this company for supplements and are happy with the products and services.

Really dependable supplements.

Been buying supplements from Chris and the team for years, and I always recommend them for friends who mention various minor (or major!) ailments. I take ashegewanda and off and on other things, and my hormones are now well balanced and so I don’t need much now, but for about 2 years I needed a good variety of things to support my recovery from my last child, which took a while. The 5htp sorted my sleep cycle out a few years ago and now I don’t need it now at all. Very happy and my go to for supplements.

These are the best supplements…

These are the best supplements available. I've been using them for a few years now. there is a noticeable difference in my nail strength and hair growth after taking the collagen supplements for example. highly recommend. I also like the fact that they don't use packers or fillers in the ingredients.

I take a stack of these vitamins

I take a stack of these vitamins. I have had MS since 2005 and do not take any pharmaceuticals. No one knows I have it unless I tell them:) My homoeopath and more recently a very good gp has told me which ones to take. Since upping my intake and changing my diet..blood group A and anti histamine I am feeling like I am back in my 40s instead of galloping towards pension date (66) now only 221 days away...(bx#@tds) ..don't get benefits as too healthy ..giggle. These are expensive (to me) but what is the point in buying empty powders? I would rather forgo something else and feel good. So my stack is Collagen...hair and skin looking blooming fabVitamin D3 and K2 had bloods checked awaiting results but I live in Scotland and this year not much sunZincVitamin C ..I will be doing my own version it is just that the black elderberry bushes are babies at the moment :)B12 good for those poor little damaged neuronsMSM NAC Q10 Magnesium Ashwaganda,Turmeric (use a spoon to get these out) I am not taking lions mane as I am waiting to see GP again (I don't usually see one as I self treat I was a nurse for 40+ years but this one comes highly recommended) if OK I shall grow my own (sorry Chris, nice to be involved in your own health journey too already making my own kombucha).. I have also used Lungwort and added this to my own remedy Bay (anti bacterial anti viral anti inflammatory anti fungal anti oxidant) and proper French onion soup (cheap as chips and full of the same properties for healing) I got bronchitis when travelling abroad and i didn't have my usual bay stash. Thanks OK new addition so bloods back and my levels are too high and I have been told to stop the Vitamin D and K2 by my very good and very clued up doctor (they seem to be rare as hens teeth these days) :(Also my LDL (the naughty cholesterol) is too high, so I have started on plant sterols.as i won't take statins !I tried the NHS Second Nature diet regime which seemed too fatty for me and it was because I had no problem last October when bloods were checked. I am now on the blood group diet and my GP has added an anti histamine diet and tweaked the supplements again, which I predominantly from Chris. The GP said I was full of inflammation when I first saw her ..and I was..every cell in my body was in pain..since a change of diet and supplements NO PAIN AT ALL and oodles of energy.. Christine Herbert's book on inflammation is an eye opener (bio medical scientist) I like to know the science ..have a good day and be well :)

Long term buyer and very satisfied

I have been purchasing supplements from BS for about two years now and I have always been impressed with the service and, most importantly, the quality of the product. You guys are my go-to place for anything to do with supplements. Thank you for putting out such amazing products. I still think a lot of people don't realise that their supplements are just full of filler!

Excellent!!

My partner and I have taken a variety of supplements from British Supplements for years and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Our Brain Fog problem has been solved by taking Alpha GPC + Magnesium L-Threonate + vitamin B12 every day and as soon as we stop taking it, we go back to how it used to be before, so we’ll be taking these supplements for life as we “can’t live without them “! I am a Teacher and I’m in peri-menopause, so having Brain fog episodes like before was extremely detrimental to my professional life… Very embarrassing!!My partner also takes Tongkat Ali for increasing his Testosterone levels and he’s sexual drive has been higher than never. He feels way more energetic!Thank you, British Supplements!!

Wouldn't buy anywhere else

This company is magnificent. The product quality is excellent and the honesty and passion of them, you realise just how much other supplement providers short change you with fillers etc.And if that doesnt convince you, you can actually feel the benefits. May not be overnight, but they do work.Cant say enough good things about Chris and his amazing team. Thank you x

My experience as a *would-be* customer

It is important to note that I am writing my experience as a would-be customer and haven’t actually purchased from this company. I just want to get a message to the owners. The attitude of the owners in how they respond to genuine concerns from people who have paid them money has really put me off. I like the idea of buying supplements from a UK company. It definitely sounds like a small business from the kind of communication that they allow to be put out publicly. I really liked the look of some of the products on the website but just can’t bring myself to give my money to such clearly contemptuous people.Hire someone with some PR knowledge or even just someone who’s willing to be honest with you. And take constructive criticism. If this is how you treat paying customers I dread to think how you treat staff who try to make a suggestion for doing things better.

Speedy dispatch

My orders have always been dispatched really quickly. I love the Jiffy bags that they use for the supplements as they’re really easy to store. I found that collagen and silica have a positive effect on my nails and hair as well as the aches and twinges that come with old age. I recommend to all my friends.
