Make sure you contact them after your order. Looks like they don't bother to post until you don't speak with them. Waiting a week and order still not here. And what's this marketing strategy, to comment for other even not related companies who is their owner? What does British Airways have with the food supplements industry?
Before ordering I reviewed the website and noted that they made clear that they were approximately a week behind in getting orders out due to a premises move. My capsules arrived within 7 working days. Happy with my order, thank you. I am excited to try these and see how they work for me.
If don't leave a tip they won't bother to post your orders.It has been 2 days since me and my girlfriend made 2 separate orders for the same supplements and we did a little experiment and to my surprise I was right.She paid hers and left a tip at the check out and I didn't, she got her supplements posted the next day, it has been 2 days and I still haven't heard anything about my stuff. So to them, it is not just enough to charge a lot for a product but IF YOU DON'T LEAVE A TIP THEY WILL POST WHENEVER THEY WANT OR MAYBE NEVER. Well, guess I should have read the bad comments here before so I'd avoid these amateurs, guys are starving that's why they need tips.
This is the first time I ordered from British Supplements, it turns out to be very disappointed indeed! I ordered Milk thistle from them 5 days ago, I received confirmation, and since then I hear nothing from them, I emailed them yesterday (because they don't have a landline contact telephone number) but no response from them. I have been taking supplements of various kinds over the years and just believed they were doing some good, however after only 4 weeks of taking British supplements I truly feel the difference, it is quite unbelievable how effective they are. I am currently taking B12, Mega Magnesium and collagen I would highly recommend these products to everyone
Just read the reviews and responses before I ordered. Needless to say, the responses are so unprofessional I will definitely not be ordering from this company. Whoever is answering the customer responses needs to learn some manners and also needs to learn about the GDPR!
2nd order from these guys, and wow… I got 30 days worth of lions mane and turkey tail from these guys, and felt a huge difference very quickly. Focus, energy, digestion, willpower… all through the roof, so I’m massively impressed with the quality.Unfortunately, I ran out before I’d re-ordered… but I messaged customer service and Sarah was just incredible in helping me get a new batch (I ordered some Reishi too this time!) So it’s 5 stars from me for product and for customer service. Thank you and keep up the amazing work 💪🏼
Useless delivery. Says 2-3 working days. I ordered 19th May. Sent email regards delivery time. Reply from Chris, founder of British Supplements was “read email, RM (Royal Mail) don’t work bank holidays”. Bank holiday is on 27th May. Just had email from RM saying, they will deliver on 29th May. By my reckoning that’s 7 working days. Couldn’t run a bath!
Unnecessary rude and pathetic response to a genuine observation. You're obviously too thick to understand my perfectly sensible review concerning your abject inability to get orders out on time. In fairness, I have received the product now and have no problem. I don't know how you have kept your job. I see you respond in this inappropriate way to others as well. You need to be very very very careful.
