Review Time
2 weeks after buying this so called amazing bed at £79.95, the zip broke! I was offered a discounted price for a new bed from Brooklyn. £59.95 !! I asked for just another cover only but apparently they hadn’t got any even though they were advertising them on their website . After many emails backwards and forwards, getting a load of ridiculous answers eg. mend it myself with a pair of pliers! I have lost the will to pursue this argument with this company regarding quality. I suppose that’s what they hope for. I know that they will give an answer to the trust pilot review saying that they did all they could and that thousands of people are very happy with their product but I wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole . I feel so strongly about this that I’ve actually written this and it’s my first ever review!
I found a showroom and tested a Brooklyn Bedding mattress in person. The salesman said the new CopperFlex line is comparable to what I tested. I ordered directly from the website because it was cheaper. The mattress arrived in a heavy box, turns out I ordered the wrong size. Customer service says no problem, we will send you the right size, just show us proof you donated the previous one. Done. New mattress arrives in a heavy box. I throw out my old mattress that was perfectly fine, just a decade old. That was my mistake right there. I have not had a good night sleep since. The CopperFlex is hard and hot. My back hurts and it’s affecting my entire life. I wake up throughout the night and my knee, hip, lower back and neck all hurt on my right side. I go back to the showroom- different sales guy says no, the factory makes cheap, hard mattresses when you order from them. You only get the good stuff when you buy from the store. Now customer service wants to charge me $99 to return the mattress. Don’t do it. I bought a great mattress years ago on Overstock and I’m so sad I got rid of it.
I first purchased this bed because the vdo showed it was washable A 2xl and no it isn’t. It does not fit well in the machine so therefore doesn’t wash. Then because it was filthy I purchased a new cover for it. Alas NOWHERE does it say that the covers aren’t for last years model and so of course that does not fit the one purchased 11 months ago . I live rural. It’s a 1 hr round trip to the post office to return it. I did ring to ask advice and while the operator was polite he didn’t offer anything except - pay for the return or spend another couple hundred bucks on a new upgraded bed. And while I’m here / no it doesn’t keep its shape either.
I will admit that when I first ordered a Copperfit Pro Hybrid (Cal King), I was a bit nervous based on prior comments regarding delivery times. It also did not help that all I received was an automated confirmation of order notice with no follow up. However approximately 4 days later I received an alert that the mattress had been shipped. I have since had the mattress for around 3 weeks, and it’s working out well for the most part. It’s not perfect but I truly can’t complain. I wake up most mornings decently rested compared to my old worn out mattress. I’m a side sleeper, and my hips and shoulders are comfortably cushioned. It maybe a little softer than I’m used to but I am adapting. For clarification purposes, I’m 5’10” and approximately 175 lbs and I work out several days a week. I’ve had my hip replaced and undergone multiple back surgeries so if anyone has pain, it’s me. I wake up generally pain free with perhaps a little stiffness. My only complaint was setting up the mattress. There were no indicators and so when I first opened up the packaging and it started to unfurl, I discovered to my horror that it was upside down and backwards so I had to scramble to get it flipped over and turned around. (Not easy when you are doing this by yourself)Overall I’m pleased with the quality and suggest you consider this mattress. Of course your results may vary so take my review for what it’s worth. I wouldn’t bother to write a this if things weren’t working out.
Wow! How do they stay in business? "Customer service"? Not in their lexicon! The information they provide is incorrect. The information the website provides for there showrooms is incorrect. The C/S agents are not updated with correct information to provide to customers! It's as if they are doing everything they can to destroy this brand. Maybe it's time to worry about the important thing - the customer.
Been 3 weeks waiting for my order. This company did not post that they use Fed Ex, the campground I’m at doesn’t accept Fed Ex. I have been trying to get a person, not AI, to change the address for 3 weeks. BTW, yesterday is when Fed Ex posted that they could not deliver. This company needs to get way from automation and AI and do customer service. For the price, a live person would be nice.
On July 4, I ordered a mattress. The website advertises that orders are fulfilled within 5-7 days. This is a total lie. 14 days and my order is STILL being "processed". Twice I have left messages for their customer service team and never gotten a return call. Email inquires have given generic answers with no concrete details. Meanwhile I am set to leave the country for a month. If they had been honest about how long it would take I would have waited!
Showroom personal were very pleasant and informative. They made our decision easy.The delivery was super and came early which was a plus in my book. Richard, Kyle and Alonso were pleasant and took care of the old mattresses easily. They put down the new mattresses and gave us a few tips about the mattress and were ready to go. It went very well.
I rec'd my Dreamform Essential queen RV mattress & LOVE it. Nice & firm, great sleep! I'm mad at myself for taking a year to make up my mind to purchase it. I am totally PLEASED. Would recommend to all RV owners looking for a new mattress. A plus is their customer service.First Sergeant Mitchell
Ordered and paid $570 for a mattress I never received. It was delivered to the wrong address and the company is not responding with a refund to date. I do not recommend this company based on my experience. I'm out almost $600, although still trying to get it refunded.
